Has been landlord for over 20 years
Has been landlord for over 20 years - Recently we had to chase them for rent review 2 months prior but they did not respond , and had to chase again. Thus we lost one month of new rent and after discussing with them, they deny any incompetence on their part- Disgusting agency in Pinner

An honest and considerate company to deal with
An absolute pleasure to deal with Gibbs Gillespie Pinner branch. I mostly interacted with
Victoria Wharton in regards to letting my house. Not only she was approachable, she always came back with an answer when she said, she will. Gibbs Gillespie kept me well-informed from the beginning until my house was rented to suitable tenants.
I am truly happy with their service and would happily and confidently recommend them to anyone.

Pinner Lettings - thank you for a swift let
Joseph Mule at the Pinner branch helped us let our flat, he was great to work with and responded to our queries swiftly and professionally. Once the tenant was found he passed us to Molly Greenfield, the Lettings Move Manager, she was very professional and helpful in ensuring the tenancy documents were in place and coordinated with the tenant for a smooth let.
