Gibbs Gillespie was dilligent in informing us regarding the opinions and offers submitted by potential buyers.
The staff are friendly approachable and thoroughly professional.
In the end they found a buyer, which is not easy in today's market.
The outstanding staff members are TJCarroll and Rosie.

I had a viewing on Saturday with Declan (Pinner Office), and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was delightful, friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire viewing. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and for anything he wasn't able to answer on the spot, he followed up with us on Monday afternoon with the information I needed. His communication was excellent, and I really appreciated his helpful and attentive approach. Thank you, Declan, for making the viewing such a positive experience!

I'm in a process of buying a property from Gibbs Pinner, before finalising the property i had 3 viewings and after confirming the property due to the nature of extensive renovation i had 3 viewings with contractors. In total 6 viewings in matter of 4 months amd last 3 viewings in 4 weeks span.
I need to do home inspection survey along with one or two contractors, however i have been told by their manager Thomas Carol and one of the agent Oshin, they will not allow viewing or only one where i can bring every one which is not possible or fair. To be honest It's not pleasant, I feel like cancelling the deal.

We're extremely happy that we had a privilege to work with a professional Estate Agent to buy our first property.

A great overall experience for my first house purchase. Rosie was very well informed when showing us around the house. Thomas kept me updated at every stage and the process went smoothly.

We have had a really bad experience with Gibbs Gillespie Pinner on what should have been a very exciting period for us purchasing our first property. We had numerous occasions where we were told that they would be returning our call but never did and we had to again and again chase.
Had this been the only issue I would have accepted it however when we did get through or get a phone call returned the agents were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Lauren, Danny and Ellie never returned any calls.
The only person who was willing to help and was always respectful and polite was Thomas who would return our calls and help us as much as he could.
Even when the funds were transferred and the sale complete, when I queried when I could pick up my keys as confirmed by my solicitors, they simply stated that I could not pick them up yet. I then had to go back to my solicitors who contacted the sellers solicitors who were more helpful and confirmed I could collect my keys from them.
They made the process more difficult for me and given they were making such a large commission, it is not an agent I would recommend and I will ever use

Good comms up until we signed for the agent to sell the house. After that things went downhill. Right now I’m trying to talk to the agent about a low ball offer we received. Still waiting (3 hours) for them to call back.

I have found Lauren Murphy from Gibbs Gillespie Pinner a very nice and helpful person. She is very easy to speak with and shows you properties immediately that are suitable to your criteria. I would highly recommend going to Gibbs Gillespie Pinner you will be warmly welcomed and the service provided is very efficient and they care about their clients. Well done Lauren keep up the good work!

Had about 25 viewings & obtained offer above asking price. The branch kept chasing to ensure exchange took place.
