Jordan from the Uxbridge Branch was very informative about all aspects of selling my home. He instilled confidence in me right from the start. He was very pleasant, helpful and professional throughout.

We had a issue with our boiler and no hot water.. it was scary because our boiler was making noises..

I really want to thank Divina Cole who really helped me with quick response with no chasing at all.. just one phone call and Divina Cole made sure the technicians able to sort my issue within 24hrs of time. I would recommend to use this service. Excellent service well done.

We had very good experience with Gibbs Gillespie. Jake Owens was very professional and helpful in arranging viewings for the houses. We did not receive this level of service and attention from any other state agents. Kasia Zelazko was also very nice and friendly in replying to our queries and coordinating. If you are looking for helpful, friendly and professional estate agents then look no further as Gibbs Gillespie's will look after you well.

Selling house, no issue but after sale service non existent. Gibbs Gillespie, Uxbridge was uncommunicative, seldom returning phones calls and replying to emails and offered little to no assistance throughout the sale process. I was so frustrated that I went into the branch after over 6 months, still trying to get the sale through, whereupon I was advised that to get action I should contact both my buyer and their solicitors direct to speed the process along. And for this, I still had to pay nearly 1% to Gibbs for the privilege! Absolutely appalling service or lack of. Cannot recommend.

Kasia was excellent in keeping us informed of progress and in chasing solicitors. She also provided some helpful documents faster than our solicitor.

There isn’t enough space here to convey how much I’ve appreciated Joe having my back over the course of the last 6 months. This was an emotional sale for us given that it involved the family home that I grew up in. It was preceded by my mother having a stroke and subsequently passing away. There was a point where I needed to apply the brakes due to being overwhelmed. Joe contacted anyone that needed to be informed (lifetime legal, the photographer etc). I didn’t have to respond to anyone or anything until I contacted him with the green light. The process can feel very much like marching through the legal steps required. This was so much more and I’m so grateful.
Communication was consistently excellent and Gibbs Gillespie were totally up front and honest from day one. We had approached another local agent beforehand who had a vastly different approach so it was a relief to find them.

After a rocky start due to agent not responding to my enquiries when I moved in to the property, and with introduction of app to report any issues I was extremely satisfied with the agency and communication. If there was a problem reported, they always kept me informed what was happening. Professional and friendly agent, that helped me even during the process of moving out.

The review is for the Uxbridge branch. Horrible experience and will stay a mile away. My sister and my mom went to view a house for purchase. We then put an offer on the house (20k lower than the asking price which was reasonable given that it had one toilet/bathroom for three bedroom property). I then called to follow up our offer. Spoke to Josh who was rude and arrogant and quite frankly lacked telephone manner. I then called again to talk to the manager, Joe was polite and pleasant to speak to, he told me that he will look into my complaint and will come back to me. Two hours later we received an email rejecting our offer and in the email we were told they will be offering the property to somebody else. I'm not against the idea of offering the property to a higher bidder but there is no place for being completely rude and arrogant and belittling people. I was disgusted by Josh’s manners but worst Joe did not even have the decency to call me back. What a customer service, I would hate to be the client selling the property.
