Customer service

After misreading the email when I renewed my subscription I felt Gibson wasn't at all helpful or considerate .
Wouldn't swap the duplicate puzzle for a different one.
Couldn't send a copy of the email that was sent to me
Wouldn't pay for postage to send puzzle back
The communication to Gibson was good however I feel the response was disappointing

Good customer support

The puzzle provided was used by my wife and her carer and was found to have a corner missing
Contact with the company produced a replacement puzzle very quickly and we were treated with real respect. The quality of manufacture is impressive.

Great jigsaws

I really enjoy doing your jigsaws, always good quality and the pictures are always nice.
It would be nice to have more of the 636 as I can manage those better if I’m doing it on my own.

Lovely jigsaw puzzles

Lovely jigsaw puzzles
Port Isaac was a joy to see the harbour appear and the beautiful colours were glorious and very true to life
All creatures great and small was a little more difficult but the scene was amazing once finished
We were one piece short and Gibsons promptly posted a whole new puzzle now that is customer service
Can’t wait to attempt some more puzzles such a de stressing past time
