Fantastic service from Gideon Robinson in getting a new kitchen installed. The design process with Martyn Sharp who provided excellent help and advice really helped in making the kitchen perfect. The project manager Allan Brown was completely on top of things throughout with superb communication about all aspects of the install. The kitchen itself is of a very high standard and looks magnificent.

From the initial design meeting to the completion of the new kitchen’s installation, our experience with the team at Gideon Robinson was good as each person we met was polite, careful and efficient making sure that we were aware at each step of the job who would be working in the house and when.

We bought our kitchen from Gideon 8 years ago and recently had an issue with one of the drawers. Gideon came out and repaired the drawer timeously.
I don't think many companies would give such great customer service after 8 years. Our kitchen still looks great and would have no hesitation recommending Gideon and his team.

From the minute we entered the Haggs Road showroom and spoke to Martyn it was exciting to view the kitchens on display and discuss our initial new kitchen ideas.

After a couple more visits to the showroom we knew Gideon Robinson was our first choice and after further discussions with Martyn he was able to design and deliver our dream kitchen including a stunning quartzite worktop and orange glass splashback, even designing bespoke cupboards to cover a coomb we wanted to hide.

Pamela kept in touch regularly to advise of the next stage with dates that suited us and both Martyn and Pamela were always available to answer any questions we had and offer support and guidance throughout the whole installation.

Allan and Stuart who predominantly fitted our new kitchen were professional, polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. During the installation of our kitchen Allan was promoted to project manager which he truly deserves.

The whole Gideon Robinson team who worked together to make our dream kitchen happen dealt with any issues or challenges swiftly and expertly meaning it was stress free for us.

Gideon Robinson as a company and their employees have all surpassed our expectations and are committed to customer service and satisfaction.

We are delighted with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Gideon Robinson to anyone looking to have a new kitchen fitted.

In buying our new kitchen we found from the outset that there was no stress from the moment we entered the showroom and dealt with both Alan and Pamela who took us through the whole process of buying the kitchen and who kept us fully informed of the difference stages. The guys who delivered and fitted the kitchen were fantastic and Allan Brown, (Kitchen Fitter), was great and courteous and again went through the small snags which he dealt with until the kitchen was complete to all of our satisfaction. They all went beyond our expectations and the process went with ease for which we are grateful.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience with Chanelle at Gideon Robinson. All I knew was that I needed to buy a new kitchen and Chanelle expertly figured out my requirements and designed my dream kitchen. Her knowledge on kitchen layouts, finishes and colours schemes is outstanding. Not only that, she recommended appliances which would be ideal for my needs and she was able to give me detailed information on all the products I needed. She understood exactly what I was looking for and diligently listened when I was explaining the type of kitchen I was looking for to match my lifestyle.

We went to Gideon Robinson for design and installation of a new kitchen for our tenement flat, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. I was nervous about installing a new kitchen because our building is very old and the floors and walls have become a little warped and uneven with age, but this was no issue for the team and fitting was done to an excellent standard. The kitchens offered by Gideon Robinson are beautifully designed (a quick look round their showrooms can tell you as much!), and something that really stood out about the service was how supportive and solutions-oriented the team was through the installation - any issues or challenges were swiftly snd expertly handled which made the process much less stressful. Would highly recommend!

From thought provoking design through to product selection, plan visualisation, to expert instillation followed by excellent after sales service, we found the theme which ran through the entire Gideon Robinson organisation was their commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.

This service promoted a high level of comfort for us during our project.

Being a significant outlay we asked a total of three companies to quote for our kitchen development.

Having received this professional and high end service from Gideon Robinson which has resulted in a wonderful kitchen which we will enjoy for years to come, we know that we have made the right choice.

We visited a number of kitchen companies from Bespoke suppliers to the usual big names and decided on Gideon Robinson and so glad we did. From our initial meeting with designer Martyn who took our architect’s plans and created the perfect kitchen & utility room for us.
Unfortunately the building work on our house took longer than expected and we had to push back the kitchen installation by 2 weeks. Gideon and the team worked hard to make sure that the kitchen was installed shortly after which was really appreciated by us.
Allan and Stuart, the kitchen installers were fantastic. Great workers and tidied up each day.
Martyn kept up the communication throughout our project and even arranged for our glass splash backs to be painted the same colour as our kitchen/utility walls.
We absolutely love our new kitchen and utility as it’s exactly what we wanted. Thank you Gideon Robinson and the team which made this happen. Would certainly recommend them.

The reason I bought from Gideon Robinson was because I felt he was trying to give me good advice rather than just sell me something.
Indeed when I suggested I buy from the internet he said he could not match the price.
Perhaps, but buying from the Internet would not have given me the excellent standard of Gideon's service.

As a professional chef I was very impressed with Gideon’s design flair to create a stunning kitchen which is stylish, operative and meticulous in detail. Claims to make a decent pizza as well…

My Gideon Robinson kitchen was fitted over 10 years ago, but when I needed replacement dishwasher was so pleased that Gideon & team were able to supply & fit. I trust Gideon to always provide attention to detail & ensure that my kitchen continues to function as well as the day it was fitted. Cannot recommend enough

Ordered 2 new ovens and a warming drawer. All fitted within 10 days in time for our early Christmas celebrations. Unfortunately one of the ovens developed a fault. Gideon arranged for someone to come out and check it the next day. It was a faulty appliance so a new was ordered and fitted 3 days later. Excellent service and always with a smile.

I worked with Alan in designing this Schuller kitchen on a supply basis. In discussion I emphasised the need for either a 400/500 drawer unit to fit a specific space. I was dismayed to find I had been supplied with a 600 wide unit. I took the matter up with Alan who quoted about £500 for a smaller unit. I was unhappy with this response and he indicated that someone senior would deal with it. Despite emailing a few times I had no reply.
Part of the kitchen was a tall pull-out larder unit. After installing the carcass I discovered the 6 shelves were basically A4 trays. Totally impractical and I would never have chosen them had I been consulted at the time. Why I had been sold 6 remains a mystery. I complained and was offered a different style for about £76 each.
Neither was I offered a choice of cabinet handles. I didn't bother bringing it to Alan's attention as I had given up.
What started off as a positive experience turned quite sour in the end.
