I have used Gil Lec just twice (both times for a kitchen fan) and they have been outstanding.

Best bathroom fan selling by Gil-lec. Nic product pack and delivered safely and faster
This fan works like a dream. It's made such a difference in my bathroom, getting rid of all that excess moisture and pesky smells, leaving the air fresh and clean. I'm really impressed with the quality of the fan and how well it performs.de

Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good. However the item I ordered was out of stock at the manufacturer. I received an email explaining such, apologising and giving an expected date. The light arrived before the back in stock date. Docked the star as I was expecting it in stock when I ordered.

Great service
Great service. Item was very well packaged to keep it safe in transit. Was simple to find the direct replacement for what was likely quite an old extractor fan.
