Be careful before paying them! Absolutely terrible experience.
Think twice before making any payments to this institution. Once they take your money, they completely stop caring about your problems. I have faced ridiculous situations and outcomes here that I have never experienced at any other university.
Whenever you have a real issue—like getting your rightful tuition refund—they refuse to take responsibility. Instead of solving the problem, they just shift the blame and redirect you to a call center in India to avoid giving your money back.
It has been an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. If you don't want to lose your money and your peace of mind, stay away.

Very helpful assistance and communications throughout the admission procedure
I've been having a stressful time getting ready for the student visa due to multiple embassy closures and internet shut downs in my country. Mr. Srihari Airpula helped me every step of the way, by giving me guidance, providing me with the required documents, contacted different departments such as admission and finance multiple times on behalf of me to ease the procedure for me. I really appreciate his help and hope to get my visa as soon as possible and be there in Germany to start my studies,

1. The school cares about international students.
Mr. Gatoj Srikanth has been a great support to me. From the very first day I received my conditional offer, he reached out to me regarding his course and guided me on business matters in line with my future goals.
Even now, he has guided me step by step — from the day I was admitted to the school to this very moment as I work on meeting the other requirements for my visa. He continues to guide me through every stage, from level one to level two to level three.
Whenever I have doubts, he calls me back immediately and always clarifies everything for me. He speaks like a disciplined, well-mannered young man.
Because of Mr. Gatoj Srikanth, I believe the school is well-managed and that international students are well-guided. It shows that students will receive proper guidance according to their goals, their purpose, and with humility.

It’s so hard to get a call back from a student advisor even when it’s urgent.
I don’t feel happy about it and up till this moment I have sent emails and still no one has contacted me to help me out.

Positive experience at Gisma
My experience at Gisma University of Applied Sciences has been very positive. The university has a really international background, which makes it easy to meet people from different cultures and build a global network. Social Life at Gisma
The events organized by the Gisma have been consistently impressive, and they really add value to the overall student experience. The recent Hamburg trip was a highlight as everything was well-coordinated, from the tours to the overall planning. We got to explore the city in an engaging way, and the itinerary was both enjoyable and thoughtfully structured.
What made it even better was the opportunity to meet and connect with new people. The group dynamic, combined with the organized activities, created a very fun and memorable experience. It didn’t just feel like a trip, but a great way to build connections and take a break from academic routine.

Gisma University of Applied Sciences offers career-oriented programs in business, data science, and digital transformation. The English-taught courses attract a diverse international community, and the support services for students from housing guidance to student support are genuinely helpful. Being in Berlin is a big plus for student life, and twice a year Gisma organizes a Career Fair where students have the opportunity to network directly with companies and explore real professional possibilities. As a relatively new private university, it has some downsides, but there is a tangible commitment and genuine attitude toward the continuous improvement of its services. A great environment for anyone looking to grow both personally and professionally.

I’m currently studying at GISMA…
I’m currently studying at Gisma University of Applied Sciences, and my experience so far has been positive and professionally enriching.
One thing I appreciate most is the international environment. I get to study with people from different backgrounds, which has really helped me grow both academically and personally. The programmes are designed with a strong practical focus, especially in areas like business, AI, and data science, which are highly relevant to today’s job market.
The lecturers are supportive and approachable, and many of them bring real industry experience into the classroom. I also value the career support services and workshops that help students prepare for internships and future roles in Germany.
Like any university, there are areas that can continue improving, especially communication and administrative response times at peak periods, but overall I feel Gisma provides a good learning platform for international students who want to build a career in Europe.
I’m glad I chose to study here and would recommend it to students looking for an international, career-focused academic experience in Germany.
