Agent advised me they are working on the highest balances first. Even though my lowest balance said I could correct my account for a few dollars. Agent was correct in saying "Pay no one" until settlements are reached. I was almost ready to pay the money the bank requested but the Agent explained the process and stopped me from making a mistake.

This lawfirm handled my debt relief plan that they helped me set up two and a half years ago to resolve about five credit cards that I could no longer manage to pay even the minimum monthly payent on. This was mainly due to an extended illness my wife suffered with and eventually passed away from, colon cancer. I had resorted to credit cards to buy needed supplies that her SSI income did not cover. I would have done anything to keep her comfortable and provide her every need hoping for a full recovery. That didn't happen and I was left with the debt that was too much to repay on my own Social Security income.

Zenadene was great . He totally understood my situation and was so kind and courteous and it was so good to talk to someone about my situation he he said I could call anytime even just to talk that was great.
