Merchant support is non-existent. They can't send a quote that is correct and when asked to correct it they put me into a 6-week waiting period only ever saying that the issue was escalated. Are they even interested in business?
This crap redirects you out of where you were and just takes your credit card info, and any password you might have for the actual site you were on before. Scamming trash.
Do not purchase this POS. Stay as far away as possible. If I would have been able to find reviews and did not listen to the sales pitch, I would not have purchased. All Givex wanted was an easy sale and I wasted a lot of money. It is not built with customer ease of use and is the worst system on the market.
No way to get any customer service by email, chat , or phone.
Unable to purchase iRacing gift vouchers from them (they're the only place you can buy them from). Payment goes through onto my card... and then their site tells me "Something went wrong with your submission, please try again". Payment only gets returned to card after a few days. Have tried multiple times.
Their support is useless, online chat tells me there's no-one in front of me but I never get connected, phone support told me I must be getting my address wrong. I've tried following all their instructions, but they keep insisting the only reason it wouldn't work is if I got my address wrong (I haven't). Never going to try and purchase through them again.
This company is TERRIBLE. I have been emailing back and forth for MONTHS and they refuse to send me the gift card that was paid for. They said they sent it but it got lost, made me pay a fee to reship, and now are saying I have to REPAY this fee to get my gift card. Mind you, they confirmed my fee was taken and the card was on it’s way via phone, then did not follow up for weeks. I asked for shipping information and they refused. Only to find weeks later they have “no documentation” of my payment, the card never sent, and try to get another re-shipment payment out of me. The card was ordered in June, it is now November and they still refuse to help in any way. Truly the worst company experience I have ever had - do not buy from them.
No not buy anything from them. POS broke within a week, trying to charge more for a faulty product
