Contact call

Was impressed with the owner contacting me to discuss the order to make sure it was correct & the best value for my needs. (Due to me ordered an uneven number). Product was excellent and as described.

Really fantastic customer service

Really fantastic customer service. Extremely prompt replies to queries and they followed up with a phone call to check all was ok with the delivery. They clearly really care about their customers.

The product was perfect too - glass pebbles bought for a children’s birthday party to go with a special theme. The kids loved them.

Whenever there is a problem I get a personal phone call from one of the employees. Always friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Very very helpful
