ordering online is fine

ordering online is fine, customer service really needs to improve.
my experience when contacting customer service was automated. no real folks here along with the phone numbers being redirected to someone I never heard of.

You showed items in stock when I placed


You showed items in stock when I placed the order and then tell me two weeks later that the items are back ordered. I know this is a busy time, BUT your online ordering system should be able to keep up with quantity on hand verses ordered placed.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great! My account manager was great tot alk to and really helped me out on my large order. Would definately recommed. Global will be the first place i look from now on for any of my sites needs.
