1. Die meisten Umfragen funktionieren nicht. Ich frage mich, wofür man zuerst ein Profil auf der Homepage ausfüllen muss, wenn man dann trotzdem Umfragen bekommt, für die man dann doch nicht geeignet ist.

2. Hat man dann endlich die Punktzahl erreicht, um seine Punkte für einen Gutschein einzutauschen, wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass man unter 1000 Punkte nichts einlösen kann.

3. Wenn man dann endlich seinen Gutschein beantragt hat und nicht darauf vorbereitet ist, dass dieser nicht direkt von Global kommt (ein Hinweis wäre toll gewesen) und man darauf hin die Gutschein-Zusendung versehentlich löscht, weil sie erst Tage später kommt und dann eventuell im Spam landet, der sowieso schon überfüllt ist, dann hat man erst recht ein Problem. Ich kann heute leider nicht mehr sagen, ob die Mail mit den Gutschein-Codes überhaupt kam.

4. Wenn man daraufhin den Support kontaktiert, dann hat man nochmals ein Problem, denn es kann, dass man erst mal 4 Wochen oder noch länger warten muss, bis man überhaupt eine Antwort bekommt und die Angelegenheit vielleicht immer noch nicht gelöst wurde (so ging es mir bei einem anderen Problem)!
Diese letzte Anfrage, wegen den Gutschein-Codes, steht seit 13 Tagen immer noch mit Status offen auf der Homepage. GlobalTestMarket arbeitet zwar gerne mit äußerst billigen Arbeitskräften, hat aber kein Interesse daran ob sie wiederum ein Problem mit der Entlohnung haben!

Ich kenne einen anderen Umfragen-Anbieter, der hat mir problemlos und ohne große Umstände meinen Gutschein-Code einfach umgehend per Mail noch einmal mitgeteilt...das war super und so etwas nenne ich Anerkennung, für die Dienste die man leistet, die noch nicht mal in etwa an der Grenze zum Mindestlohn liegen.

Deshalb von mir nur einen Stern, für GlobalTestMarket, der als einer der Besten gepriesen wird! Von mir allerdings nicht!

Avoid. Low rewards, too many screen outs and too many occasions where points aren't received at all. Customer service either say there's nothing they can do or they don't reply at all.

Very poor, trying to chase them for £20.00 Boots vouchers that I have earned.

Takes a long while to build any points.
Frequent screen outs-after they have collected lots of questions and lots of personal information from you. Like another reviewer has said, I think they possibly sell this on. Very disappointed. Avoid.
You spend a lot of valuable time answering surveys, often screened out then have to chase payments. Takes a long time to accumulate points and a long time to get payment

I spent over two hours completing a survey for it to time out right at the end. I emailed company and said they would look into it within 6 weeks. The response was clearly one that was implying it's unlikely I will receive the points. After this happening I searched for reviews and came across exactly the same issues. Totally untrustworthy company.

Update...... months down the line and still no response!

It uses up your data and my phone keeps freezing and shutting down.
I had it installed for 2 months and never received any points for this. I have sent several requests for an explanation and have not received a reply to any of them.
I have deleted the respective url's from this message for privacy reasons.

Used to be good but are now awful. 70% of the time I will finish a survey that can take 30 minutes, with so much clicking involved. I do nothing wrong, but at the end there is no reward and I'm told I "did not qualify". It's a complete scam most of the time. They do pay very promptly when you've put in the sufficient hundreds of hours to finally cash out.

The good - there are lots of surveys, they are varied and you can accumulate points quickly.

The bad - there will be a couple of days each month where you will complete surveys and not be rewarded at all. This has happened to me twice in the last two days. I have filled in every single page of a survey - reaching the 100% page. Then on the next page you get a default back to GTM saying 'sorry you screened out of this survey'. If you query this, and I do, GTM will NEVER EVER take your side (unlike thier rivals Mintvine who always side with you).

If you can handle this BS every month then you can easily make payout every few weeks.

Decent. It takes longer to redeem your rewards. I have had surveys completed and at the end where it says it is being submitted, I did not receive my points. When I sent an email to customer service, they said I would need the survey I.D. which disappeared when the survey did! It was frustrating, and no more was done. Disappointing.

Have been with this survey site for a while & had been fairly happy with them although it does take a long time to get enough points for a payout & rejection from surveys is high. The other day I completed a lengthy 2 part survey & at the end it gave an error message & no points posted. I contacted them several times about this but heard nothing back after nearly 2 weeks. Not acceptable, waste of my time. Much better sites out there with existent customer service.

Low payment, but pays on time. A little bugged because sometimes it shows surveys I don't have.

Gathers information and screens out participants by various ruses; change of emphasis after a large portion [33% to near 99%] of survey completed, 'Thanks for your participation. Unfortunately, your profile does not match the requirement of this survey', supposed internal errors.
Fraudulent activity, a site to be avoided.

It takes you forever to do the surveys, then they don't even count most of the time because apparently you weren't the right person to take it. Then when you have finally accumulated some point to redeem a 5€ gift card, they tell you that you first have to have 1000 points... which is impossible to get.
Thought to earn some bucks on this side, unfortunately it's just a loss of time.

Many, many surveys to do. not just 1 a week like some sites. If you have a bit more time you can build up your points very fast indeed. Site is easy to navigate and all your stats are there to see. Points are added instantly unlike some sites where you have to wait a day or two or more. Bigger payouts compared to most sites. Can take over a week for the cash to arrive but hey, by then you've built up your points ready for the next pay out.

I recently joined this so called survey site and have found it to be a complete and utter con they will stoop to the lowest depths to cheat you doubt whether anyone can reach £10 a year let alone anything more. like others they screen you out but that is only yhe start of it. Yes you do get some surveys with a promise of 30 points they let you complete the survey in full but insyead of getting a reward you either get to their registration form (in German or Turkish) or you get their ad saying how wonedrful they are and how it is easy to make money. The Real low came this week when they did a survey on mental health asking if you felt depressed in control etc and guess what this set of people snatch your points just to make you feel even better. luckily on this occasionthey gave the name and contact details of their client so i was able to alert them. Please avoid them

Har deltaget over længere tid og svaret på uendelige skemaer. Da jeg ville logge ind og indkassere mine penge, virkede mit login ikke. Når man så skriver og beder om det, får man en standard mail med oplysning om at de sender en check til en. Uden de dog har fået min adresse.
Det er svindel og humbug.

Jeg kunne ikke huske mit login og bad om at få det tilsendt.

Har flere gange bedt om login oplysninger og modtaget den samme mail !!!

Used false name to confirm call spamming from them one servay about shopping started getting calls from gambling. Utilities , text service etc scam avoid at all cost

Jeg forstår slet ikke at dette firma har fået 3 stjerner. Det er oftest meget tidskrævende at udfylde skemaerne og nogle gange bliver det slet ikke registreret at man har deltaget. Man skal virkelig selv holde øje. Det værste er dog, at jeg i dag ville indkassere min præmie, men for at kunne dette, skulle jeg acceptere at de kunne videregive personlige oplysninger om mig, inklusiv navn adresse m.m. Havde jeg vidst det fra starten, havde jeg aldrig brugt så meget tid på det. Den ene stjerne går til at man trods alt kan få en præmie, hvis man efterfølgende kan acceptere at blive belæsset med reklamer og henvendelser fra gud og hver mand. Nu skal jeg ihvertfald afmeldes.
