The support and the app is just out of this world. They treat you like you pay them £1000's a day! if you are tired of paying huge amount of commission to delivery portals, use this ordering app and pay zero, zilch to anyone! Then, when you want to take your restaurant game up a notch, pay for the premium services, take online payment, advanced promotions.. etc. I want to hide this free ordering app and not write a review, but I can't because of the greedy delivery platforms and my strong desire to support local independent restaurants.

Dall'acquisizione di Oracle,server in down e 4 sabati di fila senza poter ricevere ordini. Dispiace 4 indizi fanno una prova.
Le segnalazioni c'erano state e da diversi ristoranti e le cose erano chiare ma ci hanno dormito sopra.
Sono cliente da 5 anni mai vista una situazione così imbarazzante pago 90 e passa dollari al mese e ottengo solo spiegazioni di circostanza e promesse di aver risolto il problema che in realtà si ripresenta sistematicamente il sabato successivo dalle 19 alle 20 quando dovrebbe servire.

I was happy to create my first ordering system for a client.

Everything went smooth.
-Really simple and intuitive to use
-Fast synch,
-Great app, compatible with slow perfomance tablets too.
-Lots of options to customize
-Nice translations for a ton of languages

And the best thing - ITS FREE! Of course they have some paid options, but they are not neccesery at all.

They also have a super fast customer support. 10/10

I have not received affiliate commissions promised by Globalfood. Their excuse was that there was an "issue" in their Paypal account, even after I provided multiple Paypal emails/accounts. I've contacted Paypal which denied there were such kind of issues in our account, or in any account actually. By Paypal suggestion we requested their Paypal email, so we could request a payment, it was never provided by them. Many excuses received (we need approval, our bank doesn't allow us), but we were never paid. If you work with GlobalFood as a Partner, and your client needs additional services, make sure to pay them and charge your clients your margin, do not trust you will be paid by their affiliate program, we were never paid, even after waiting patiently months, to no progress, only dull excuses.

Under the easy to use interface there's a powerhouse of options that makes life so much easier. There are a lot of hidden gems that I couldn't find at first but there is a knowledgeable team of fast and friendly support specialists to assist. I highly recommend GloriaFood if you want to save time and your sanity. It's so complete yet not complex for the enduser to use.

Solo sire para restaurantes con comida a domicilio o pasar a recoger.
Dicen que tambien sirve para reservas y pedidos anticipados en otros tipos de restaurantes, pero en realidad no funciona correctamente. No hacen diferencia entre un pedido a domicilio en el que tienes 3 minutos para aceptarlo y en uno para una reserva para dentro de 15 dias, donde te dan solo 3 minutos para aceptarla. Mucho tiempo perdido configurandolo para nada.

This app is really great. It does what it should right out the box and is fairly simple to set up. This app and its system is outstanding but even better is their support team. Within 10 minutes someone is always here to help out or answer questions. Amazing! You guys are doing great job! I absolutely recommend this app.
