So the package arrived via Royal Mail, and looked like it had been used as a football during a five a side match overnight by the staff at Royal Mail.
Photos sent straight through to Glossops, as I didn't really know what to do. They clearly put enough bubble wrap on that it should have been fine, so the fault isn't with them in the slightest.
However, as this was a present for my wife, I didn't want to present her with a damaged bucket that looks so poor.
Anyway, Sarah came back to say they'll be sending another one out as a replacement which is phenomenal.
Can't rate this company highly enough, despite this being the first time I've ordered with them.

First time ordering and it certainly won't be the last! I'm incredibly satisfied with my product. I ordered the 1kg mix box and picked a few of my favourite sweets as a test run. It arrived within a couple of hours and I'm overwhelmed by the quantity! Way more than I was expecting it to be and the sweets themselves are exactly as anticipated. Simply divine!
