Very unethical and shady business
Very unethical and shady business. I live local and wanted to support this small business. I had been there several times in the past and had a pleasant experience. A friend and I booked two pedicures. At that time we were the only customers as it was later in the day. We both received the same exact services. When it came time to pay mine was $6.00 more than my friends and when I questioned it I was told I had a tiered up pedicurist. I was very confused and told that my technician has more experienced so he charges more. Of course this was unusual to experience and I reached out to the salon and was told the tiering system is very much like a hair salon based on level of demand and experience. If you choose to go to this shady salon ask upfront what the price will be because it may be different than what is reflected.
