Špatné výsledky krevních testů mě přiměly k přečtení knihy "Pravda o cukru" od Jessie Inchaupsé, kterou jsem měl v knihovně, ale nečetl ji. Kniha mě nadchla natolik, že jsem ihned začal podle jejích rád měnit svůj život. Za tři týdny se výsledky krevních testů rapidně zlepšily.
Knihu jsem přečetl třikrát a stále se k ní vracím. Jsem rozhodnut, řídit se jejími radami i do budoucna.
Jím zdravější a střídmě a přitom nemám hlad. Lépe spím a zmizela únava, kterou jsem pociťovat přes den. Myslel jsem, že je to tím, že je mi 70 let. Ale teď se cítím o mnoho let mladší.🙂 Škoda jen, že se mi tato kniha nedostala do rukou o 40 let dříve.

For the moment it feels good. I m in a very personal process which will take time, and let s say "I have a plan". I think I will need more time ahead to evaluate in a more balanced manner. But definitively it feels better now. I don t feel that heavy sensation and that foginess I used to feel...so I know this is a very good sign , isnt it ? :)) Also I m thinking to combine it with the vinegar (from apple better I guess? ). I m on it.
