Awful customer service. I have been chasing a refund for 3-4 months and they have been completely ignoring my emails and phone calls.
I ordered a product and the delivery was so slow that I had to order it from another company as I needed it sooner than Autoflow could get it to me. They said it was too late to cancel but would issue a refund if we sent it back (at our own charge). I sent it back promptly - NO REFUND given.

Dreadful company!!

Ordered 'stock' items and after waiting 7 days called to check shipping date but no one could advise. Next day cancelled the order. Promised a refund and chased up multiple times over next 6 weeks but no refund ever arrived. Got the payment back from my bank after using chargeback feature. I don't believe the item I ordered ever was in stock. Most items are shown as 'in stock' but this is not a dynamic indicator.

Terrible service. Delivered item to incorrect address and still chasing them for a refund one month later. Dealing with James Rolland, one of their directors and not returning/responding to e-mails after they acknowledged their error. Had to source the item from an alternative supplier due to their woeful customer service.

I purchased two water treatment machines from this company (nearly £1000) and in April 23 I ordered "resin" packs to keep the machines running. Without the resin these units don't work!
On their site it showed the resin packs as being in stock, but having waited a month I rang to find out where they were, I was told they would be delivered the following week. they were not, Promise after promise was broken. three months later I'm told that they cant get hold of any stock of these resin packs (but they are continuing to advertise them as being in stock and selling machines that need them). Just disgraceful
So the water softeners just stop working - the company GM Autoflow cant supply the resin to keep them working.
I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. I will have to start again with another company.
