I know that if you’re reading this review your heart has been recently broken. For that reason, i wanted to share my experience. I bought a personalized keepsake necklace (the little rainbow) to hold the ashes of my dog - my baby. I absolutely love the necklace and the entire order process was easy and I received the package on time. I’d also like to add that the communications was great and in my package to my surprise was a little wood stand and cards with inspirational quotes. It was such a nice touch and when you’re grieving it’s these little things and the great service that makes a world of difference.

I’m happy I found Gnight Fetcher, the urns are beautiful and well made. Thank you so much for creating a lovely space to keep my furever friend, and for the kind words in the cards.

I got the gold paw print necklace with the engraving of a beloved pets name for a family member after an unexpected loss. Unfortunately, I submitted the wrong spelling of the name but I reached out to customer service to see if there was any way I could get this sent back and corrected. Customer service was a HUGE help with this issue. They were really understanding of the mishap and reassured me that a new pendant with the correct spelling would be on its way soon. Very quick responses and compassion was demonstrated with my situation and for that I am extremely grateful especially
with such a meaningful gift!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I recently purchased a pet urn and accidentally ordered the wrong color. When I reached out for help, their customer service representative was compassionate and quick to assist. They immediately offered to send the color I originally meant to order, and the level of care they showed took me by surprise. Exceptional customer service — I’m deeply grateful.

The Bully urn is beautiful. Love it so much. My pitbull Brooke battled Lymphoma 21 months on chemo and I wanted something special for my warrior. Had my eye on this and when the time came I placed the order. Shipped and received a week from CA to FL. I must note, such a heartfelt customer service team. I moved away, and my parents just lost one of our beloved cats. So, I was looking for a way to keep our pet's memory alive, and I came across this beautiful urn. I just received it, and I believe it is just right in terms of design, size, and color, which makes it a great fit for any type of decor you may have in your home.

Saying goodbye to my dog was one of the hardest days of my life. He was my best friend through difficult and fomative years, and slept next to me every night for more than a decade. When the time came I chose to cremate him, but was underwhelmed with pet urn options available. Everything was either a cheap plain box, or overpriced tacky fare that I wouldn't feel good displaying in my home. So in lieu of a better option, his ashes sat in a plain wooden box on my bookshelf for almost a year.

This was the first pet urn that matched the aesthetic of my modern home, and one I could be proud displaying on the mantle. When the urn arrived, I was not disappointed. The build quality and craftsmanship is exceptionally good, and the memorial tea candle is such a lovely touch. This urn looks stunning in person, giving my best friend's remains an appropriate place of honor in my home while complimenting and blending with our interior design. Multiple friends have noticed and complimented it.

I highly recommend GNight Fetcher; they are obviously thoughtful and caring judging by the elegance of the keepsakes they have to offer and their sincerely felt mission as a business. I bought the Onyx Base Orchid Urn with gold lid and I want to share my thoughts on this as well.

To start, the box itself was beautifully designed, touching. Love opening the box and seeing this quote: "A beautiful body perishes but love lives on." The urn itself is stunning. It's elegantly designed and can even discreetly fit into your decor or stand out as a memorial to our beloved fur baby. The way the orchids are designed to hold keepsakes like the pendant that comes with it is also really nice. With life inevitably comes death. I wanted something special for a dear friend who recently loss a beloved kitty, Bandit. I couldn't resist purchasing this beautiful work of art for myself and am currently storing little keepsakes I had stored in bag in a trunk; this beautiful urn is so much better. I highly recommend this orchid urn to remember your loved one too.

This urn is such a stunning statement when honoring your furbaby that has passed on. I love the multifunctional element of the unit- being able to use the orchids on top for jewelry, dog tags, charms, etc. The packaging and reading inserts were top notch as well. So happy and grateful I was able to give my baby’s remains such a classy and beautiful resting place.

I bought an urn for my dear Monty. He died last Dec. 30, 2019. And i can no longer afford the cemetery where he is laid to rest so i thought of buying an urn instead and i dont see anything available in Manila. I looked up on Amazon and saw this company. I'm in tears writing this review, but the tears are coming from a place of love and gratitude. I am so grateful for GNight Fetcher for creating a genuinely beautiful resting place for my late kitty Carter. There is no bond like that of a human and their fur baby. GNight Fetcher creates luxury urns for both pet and human use alike. I had been in contact with their staff and they are also caring individuals that can answer your questions with compassion and understanding. I am happy that I can give him a beautiful final resting place on my alter 🤍

I lost my angel a few months ago and I've been searching for an urn that would make me remember her but not make me so sad. I found GNight Fetcher's Orchid urn in white and gold and it brought me to tears! I knew I found the right urn. Placed order right away and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. <3
