No issues playing really (not alot deposited) until I received a text straight after the last time playing and when I gave them the evidence, their response seemed like they wasn't bothered. They didn't care about looking into anything. The message was from an 07700 number. The context indicated that it was from my bank.. my account is now closed (that was the only thing they actioned) but what's even more concerning is that the text in question is no longer on my phone...how? lucky I took a screenshot

I opened an account in 2024.
A week ago, I tried to make a withdrawal and got an error message.
I contacted the helpline, who asked me for the following:
Can you please provide us with a recent payslip (not older than 3 months), dividends paid out to you, or any other source of income, with some supporting documents?
 And if you could also provide a bank statement showing where you get your payslip deposited, or dividends, etc, showing your name and address on the bank statement is also important

I sent the requested documentation and received the following message:
Due to our compliance team, the account has been closed.

No one tells me why the account was closed, they just close the account and don't tell me how to get the money back that I have there, which shows a very frivolous attitude on the part of the bookmaker.
For now, I am giving them 1 star and we will see what they say, because I have already sent them an email and they ignored it with an attitude that I consider arrogant.

enviei a documentação pedida e recebo a seguinte mensagem:
Devido à nossa equipa de controlo de conformidade, a conta foi encerrada.

Ninguém diz porque a conta foi encerrada e encerram a conta e não me dizem como reaver o dinheiro que tenho lá, o que demonstra uma atitude muito leviana por parte da casa de apostas.
Para já avalio com 1 estrela e vamos ver o que respondem, porque já lhes enviei um e-mail e ignoraram o mesmo e com uma atitute que eu considero arrogante.

I won £500
Sent my verification documents last night and woke up today to my account banned and closed. No explanation given I'm gutted!!

WARNING
Do not deposit with this casino, any winnings will be stolen by the casino and your account will be closed down if you are from the UK.
Customer services are very rude and do not care, I won over 3K and they closed down my account after I sent them the documents they wanted for verification.
They said I failed KYC which is impossible when I sent everything they requested and instead of contacting me asking for more information they just closed account and kept winnings to avoid paying out.

Scammed me gave them verification documents and then they banned me when I have £900 winnings to withdraw stay away from this casino utter thieves but I will spend my life saving taking this matter to court so be warned god odds your not stealing from me.

They sent me an email saying they have confiscated my winnings and will only return my initial deposit of £50 because they said I never sent them I.D they requested which is a lie I sent them everything they required they are a fraudulent casino who preys on UK players stealing information PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM UK PLAYERS

Update. After several emails with their gaming commission and back and forth arguments they finally gave in and gave me my money I was owed however they only put £885 back in my account so they stole £15 but I withdraw got the money and deleted the account please avoid this company

BE WARNED. I won £4000. They then closed my account and stole my money. They will not reply to my emails. Utter scammers. Going to do a charge back with my bank to get all my deposits back. Deposited £1,000, had a few bets and got up to £2,750, said I needed to verify before withdrawing so sent them 10 different types of identification, was then told I needed a signed notary, I said I was happy to pay for this but was then told they may need more information after this so basically they have no intention of ever paying out, basically a huge scam and possibly even trying to steal identities, avoid!

UK User- Sceptical to start with but decided to make a deposit. Verification process completed after I was in profit. Everything requested was no different to UK bookmakers. They are not licenced with the gambling commission UK. You can deposit very easily but they don’t check your legal age first. Red flag one. I placed 4 horse race bets, they all won. When you click withdraw they make it impossible to take any money at all out. They want your passport, driving licence, bank details, bank card details, payslips (???) and any other personal information. They deny receiving your documents and just ask for more. They deny even receiving your initial deposit. Once they have every ounce of personal information about you, they will then just ignore you. So they then have all your financial information to drain your accounts and then also steal your identity. They are evil, International Organised Crime. Avoid like the plague and warn others please.

I put deposit 500€, and site gave me 500€ bonus. To make withdrawal it needs to be wagered 5x (5000€). One of bonus rules was not to make more than one bet on same event. I made more than one bet on same event but I thought it just wouldnt effect on amount that needs to be wagered...Also max bet is 200€ that would consider for wagering requirements... for example when I wanted to make 400€ bet, I would make it 2 times 200€ just to make sure that one of those bet would match wagering requirements.
When I wanted to withdraw money they took away from my balance 1830€ (1300€ of winnings and 500€ of bonus)... I made those winnings in one month period... When I explain them everything like I just written here, they write email that said it is casinos legal right take away money from me and now they are not answering to my mail anymore.
Update 18.12.2023.: requirements for money withdraw
I am copying from mail that they sent me:
2 pieces of ID certified as true copies, also 2 utility bills, and shows a true likeliness of you by a registered notary.
The notary seal, date, and contact information must be clearly on the documents and the notary must be registered in the chamber of notaries in your country.

Useless customer support, cant even deposit or send in all id, asking me for stuff i don't have, can't use them, and they won't help me
