Good experience and would recommend
Good experience aside from an initial mix up over which currency I was paying in. The rest went smoothly and GoldBroker were very helpful at each step. A couple of things I learned which might help others: If your bullion is going to be securely stored like mine then expect this to take some time as there is a fair bit of paperwork. Also if you are outside the US then use a money transfer service to avoid hefty bank commissions (GoldBroker recommended Transferwise dot com). I intend to buy more through GoldBroker and would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with the service
I am very pleased with the service I have received from Gold Brokers. I've been dealing with Mitch and he is very dedicated to his job and customers. I am not very good with a computer and it amazes me how much patience he has with me. There is never any pressure and he has certainly changed my opinion about people from N.Y.C.. I don't think it would be possible to find a better company to deal with.

Great experience, great service
Recently we sold our gold because of the purchase of our new home. Two years ago my wife and I decided to buy gold. During the two years Mr. Nicolas Gueydon, helped us with the transaction and gave us promtply en correctly al the answers to our questions and made it very easy for us to buy and sell the gold. It was for us the first time that we invested in gold and by the prompt way we were served, and he gave us that secure feeling that we needed as novices in this field.
