I ordered my gold on the 24th of August of last year, I've gotten 2 notes added the last was nearing the end of October saying it will be processed the day after. I put money that I earned over the summer and now that summer and the earnings are wasted. I've tried emailing and yet nothing. It's beyond infuriating and I'm angry that I gave this man my money for nothing

Took 12 weeks to receive item and by then it was no longer wanted. Transaction had been cancelled when no communication was received from this company. Mailing Address is fake for this company, item had been returned by registered post and An Post could not deliver it. Despite many phone calls, and messages there has been no word back from Wayne. His phone goes direct to voicemail. I am now left with an item i do not want. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

I ordered twice from this company. The first time Mr. Wayne rang me after few days and apologised for the delay in processing the order due to some personal reason. But the order was delivered after few days. I was very happy and thought I would place another order . Which I did on the bank holidays weekend. I have tried to contact the Wayne via email, phone calls and voice mails since then. But had no success. I am not sure if he has processed the order yet or not and don't know whom or how to contact regarding this recent order of mine. I wish Wayne could have a quick response customer support for his business.
