Big wins AWESOME

I was winning nicely on the beginning when I 1st downloaded the game but now it seems like it's impossible to win something Nice again

To be honest I have never did anything at all to brag about on this game!! I can't tell you how many times I've played and I've lost!!! Which I've lost 95% of the time!! Not to mention the amount of money I've lost🤦🏿‍♂️! That's the reason why i've never recommend it this game to anyone! I'll give it another shot then ill give an update later... But I don't suggest you guys hold your breath!!! (In my opinion)

Redemption process is fast and easy. I cashed out early morning on Thurs and had my money by Friday afternoon.

I hit for A$491 and they had my redemption in a day. Lots of fun games. Ive actually won more than I've lost. Just an overall great experience! Thank You Golden Hearts!

I understand this is gambling and it's hard to win, but having a $100 minimum for redemption is kind of crazy.

Golden Hearts has many of my favorite games and they are consistent with daily sign in rewards and easy redemption process!! customer service is 5 stars.

They took my money when I put it on the game and then told me that I didn’t make a payment when I’m looking at the money that went to their game so they stealing customers money

I spent over $200 and unfortunately didn't receive anything in return—it just took my entire balance. Normally, when I play on Chumba Casino, I've been able to turn $100 into $800 or even $1,000. It makes me think that if I had spent that money there instead, I might have had a much better outcome.

It's very disappointing to play on a platform that seems to take without offering much in return, whether through wins or bonus opportunities. I understand every casino operates on its own system, but this one feels heavily weighted toward either a very limited payout or no payout at all.

This has been the worst experience I've had with an online casino, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Pretty good. Could be a lot worse. Only complaint is that I won a little right after I moved to a new town and it was way more of a hassle to get my $50 gift certificate to Texas roadhouse. Redemptions should be as easy as purchases

Fast payouts. I've put very little into this game but have had a decent win playing with free coins and the payout was super fast. Great game selection. Very user friendly platform! Definitely one of my favorite social casinos.
