Very positive experience signing up over the phone

I was contacted by and spoke to Emily, who was pleasant, polite, informative and absolutely thorough while taking me through the ins and outs of the policy I was enquiring about. I appreciated her consistent checking that I understood every part of the process and all of the information she was giving me, as well as confirming my agreement at every step.
