I have been using this company for a while now as they have a medication which is unavailable anywhere else. Their parcels have always arrived and their customer service has been excellent, telling me if there will be a delay, or informing me when they receive payment etc. Very well organised and reliable

I've read some negative reviews here that the pharmacy wont reship or answer inquiries after lost paracel.
That is definitely not in my case. One shipment got last and they reshipped it without question! They are trustworthy and will continue using them

Reliable pharmacy, reasonably priced EU manufactured medicines.
I’ve been ordering from them since 2013 , more than 12 years now and always had positive experience.
One downside- they don’t offer fast courier delivery , only registered post which can take some time to reach UK.
But other than that their service is brilliant!
My order got lost a couple of times in these years and they offered refund without any problems.

EDIT: Changing my ratings. I thought they were legit but the product I purchased never came and got lost in the mail. When presented with a refund they agreed but after a few days talking with them they said they cant refund me because VISA doesnt allow refunds (WHAT?!) I also paid with a mastercard so how does that apply to me? They are scamming now. WATCH OUT

Literally first time trying to buy something from them, they declined my order for "expired card" (it's not) but they still charged me and never answered my refund request.

I’m forced to give a low review due to two bad experiences back to back. Let me be clear, they are not a scam and they will refund you if product is out of stock. The problem is that their catalogue is not updated and accurate.

Twice now I’ve made an order from them mainly because I needed one specific thing. The first time I got some OTC items just as add-ons to justify the shipping. Then the main thing was unavailable so I had to pay shipping for the extras I didn’t really need! I emailed about this hassle hoping they might rectify it with a refund or store credit. Other than the refund for the item not shipped, there was no compensation for the hassle.

I chalked it up to a mistake and tried again. This time I ordered one product that I could have gotten elsewhere with another product that is harder to find so I needed it specifically from them. The hard to find item was then removed from my order due to availability while the other product shipped. Again, I could have saved myself the shipping by getting that product at another shop with other things I need separately. The item I could only find at GoldPharma, which was the main reason for the order, and an item I was really depending on receiving, was removed.

They don’t email you to ask if you still want to go ahead with an order when items are missing. These are medications that people depend on.

I did have other good experiences with them before these two poor ones. And they ARE legit and trustworthy in that they are not going to rip you off or steal from you. But the catalogue unreliability and lack of communication if items cannot be shipped before they process the rest of the order means I will only use them as a last resort from now on.

You can trust them. Is there a problem you always get a quick answer by Mail
and either a new product or your money back. The products are reliable and always work as expected.

Completely excellent and reliable. Have used them for hormone replacement, antibiotics, anti seizure medication and more. Cannot recommend more highly. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Items always arrive and are always the correct item, entirely legitimate and from, mostly, German manufactured pharmaceutical companies.

Excellent service, I purchase my Liothyronine from them at a very reasonable price. Delivery is usually very quick, never had a problem Daren couldn't sort out.

I am a very satisfied customer as my orders arrive in time .

Ich habe zwei Produkte bestellt. Sie werden zusammen verwendet. Produkt B wurde verschickt und auch angekommen. Am selben Tag habe ich die Information erhalten, dass Produkt A nicht lieferbar ist, es wird rückerstattet. Ohne Produkt A habe ich keine verwendung für Produkt B. Traurig, dass man nicht vorher benachrichtigt wird...

All works fine, I was a little bit afraid at first but I received my package in 5 days. certainly a good pharmacy i was even given alot of useful instructions how to use the product

Very happy with my order. I ordered a human medicine that is needed for my bunny which was impossible to be found in France.

Order medicines without prescription if you fill in health form. For example, T3, Thybon Henning, which is difficult to get a prescription for. Also many medications available. Great customer service. Have made many orders over 10 years and always receive them promptly.

Excellent service; though I entered my credit card details wrongly initially, Daren was very helpful. Helped me in sorting out the confusion and medicine arrived 7 days after ordering.

At first i thought it was a scam as waited 4 weeks for my order but did finally arrive I'd put that down to the postal stike
