Gold Reserves Jewellers レビュー

Victoria at Swansea market gold reserves was very experienced advising us on how to proceed with our gold.

Excellent and professional service from Ella today in the Swansea Market branch. Very knowledgeable and polite.

We decided to have a clear out of old and unused gold that we had sat in a box in the wardrobe. We went down to Gold Reserve in Swansea as we heard that they had the best rate.
We were met by Dawn who helped us enormously! Explaining the differences in the types of gold that we had brought in.
We weren’t rushed or pressured at any point throughout the process, in fact we felt at ease. I suffer with various health issues and anxiety is one of my issues. Dawn made myself and husband feel very comfortable and welcome all the way from the beginning to the end.
Dawn kept us updated on each item snd its value.
The atmosphere at this store felt incredibly happy and you could feel camaraderie and friendship that they had there.
We’d definitely return here again and encourage others to do so also.
We were offered an excellent offer, to which we accepted.
Thank you Dawn for all you help and support.

Not sure if I got the best price as didn’t have time to shop around,However was served by Dawn who was helpful and professional good service!

If I could give more stars, I would. I was wary at purchasing from a company I had not used before and the fact that I live in the north of England and they are in Wales. I need not have worried! The service they give is excellent. My ring arrived as expected, beautifully packaged, thank you Tallulah of the Swansea branch. The ring is even better in real life. It must have been loved and well cared for by its previous owner and then cleaned, polished and presented by Gold Reserves. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you.

Seren was really helpful

Nothing has gone wrong ever with my dealings with Gold Reserves. I have been thrilled with very price gave bought. The jewellery is how it looks on the picture, Staff are polite and very knowledgable and customer service is first class. I love vintage jewellery.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant

I visited the Swansea store today with my daughter. I had spent a few weeks looking at the website for a new trilogy ring to celebrate our 10 th wedding anniversary. I was initially served by a young lady who was lovely and helpful. I called back later as my fingers were puffy from running. I was then served by a lady ( Victoria) . She went above and beyond being helpful. I was very impressed with the quality of rings and the professional service given by both these ladies. I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends . Very pleased with my new trilogy ring . Thank you !
