Sent products that were EXPIRED. Did NOT respond to any 4 emails sent. Charged sales tax when I had sent my sales tax form; would not return the tax.

I do not recommend. I have spent thousands with them and I received so many incomplete orders. Some items were completely missing from my package. I reached out to them and they gave me the run around or replaced my high end items with drug store brands that they don’t even sell. It also takes a long time to receive the orders, if I even get it at all. Please buy with caution. I should have listened to the numerous complaints in their chats. I won’t be returning to any beauty auctions, of any seller for that matter, because I’ve had such a bad experience. I would rather pay full price at Sephora or Ulta than have to jump through hoops again. A very regretful experience although the hosts are lovely and convincing.

Amazing host with all the hottest products on the market . They allow case packs to smaller sellers to allow them to generate sales without spending on pallets . Shipping is all fast . Check them out on all their platforms. GBI

This company does not honor its risk free delivery policy. I have over 16 orders that when tracking said delayed for weeks, then changed to packages not being delivered request refund. Then a day later a mass pencil whip that all were delivered but not a single package ever came. Requested refunds and rejected telling me its not there problem usps can't get it together. I told them usps didnt take my money and give me a risk free delivery warranty. They hung up on me and blocked me. Customer service tells me I should go to my neighbors and ask where my orders are! Yeah, shocked I am that businesses like this are able to fraudulently do Customers this way. I recommend never spend a dime with a company like this.

There is no guarantee of quality of service or accountability when buying directly from their website. Only buy via third party platforms, which have buyer protection and return/refund policies.

I've ordered multiple times from them via the WN app, which keeps them accountable and ensures you get a refund if product is defective, missing or expired. Yes they do carry a lot of expired inventory and I've received that in my orders. However, they also have products still within shelf life, which are safe to use or resell. For my orders, it's been 50/50.

I've continued ordering because their live shows are entertaining and if you receive expired product, WN will refund you as long as you report it within 2 weeks of delivery! Just make sure you check expiration on the freebies they give out.

Unfortunately, I've seen other customers on the live show chasing them for replies on their support replies and the GBI owners/hosts have gotten defensive and allowed their audience to verbally attack those customers. That is just poor business sense, along with the lack of support given to the negative reviewers here.

Yuli, Bar, Joe, Freeda, everyone at GBI, and BBW, especially Mari. I had won a Valentino lippie from a giveaway. I am disabled and don’t have much money, but I purchased a few things bc I wanted to start selling. I had always wanted a Valentino lipstick, but could never afford it. They was giving them as their giveaway that day. I finally won one, but it didn’t come with my order. I told Mari my story and the reason why the lippie meant so much to me. I didn’t receive my one lippie. I received 72!!! I started crying when I received it bc I had started selling, but can’t get the good stuff to sell so I was about to give up. I have new hope now. If I can sell some of these I can get more “good” stuff and not stuff I can’t even sell for $1. I just boxed up my items last night bc I was done. I will sell some of these on other platforms to get me some money to invest in more high end items like nakery. I love Nakery and it helps with my pain. So if I can get that and advertise how much it helps, I can be a real seller on whatnot. I love all of you guys, and you have all helped me in your own way. Yuli I’ve seen you help so many people so these bad reviews break my heart. Just know, that their are us in the world that appreciate you, and all you do. Love, and God Bless, your #1 fan! Do yourself a favor and find another wholesaler! Absolutely no customer service not even a reply, some items sent were used and some in awful condition pretty much not re sellable! No matter how cool and funny the owners maybe we are all here to do business and they are way behind on the level they need to be as a wholesaler!

I am new to the reselling business and have placed a handful of orders, only via Whatnot thus far. Each order has been correct and shipped within a very reasonable timeframe. They have multiple streaming channels on that platform and I have noticed shipping within GBI has been more expedient than it has on their Beauty Blitz channel (more end consumer oriented) but I have spent upwards of $5k over the last 3-4 months and haven’t run into any issues with delayed, damaged, or incorrect product.

The owners of Goodbye inventory and their packing team are one of the most reputable wholesalers on Whatnot . Thank you for shipping my items quickly and packed safely .

Excellent product with shipping with care. They definitely care about the customers who purchase and their products with the way the package to be mailed. Took a little while to receive but the USPS decided to play a game with package! Would give 10 stars if I could! Definitely be back!
