GoSlim by GoRocky has been really good for me, honestly. Hindi siya yung tipong sobrang intense—parang dahan-dahan lang pero effective talaga.
Pinaka napansin ko is yung control sa appetite ko. Hindi na ako laging gutom or nagccrave kung ano-ano, so mas naging madali mag-stick sa healthier choices without feeling deprived. Mas steady din yung energy ko throughout the day.
Hindi siya instant results, pero consistent. And for me, mas okay yun kasi mas sustainable siya, hindi yung biglang boom tapos wala rin after.
Overall, mas naging manageable lahat. Worth it siya for me 👍
