I purchased a Exxus SnapVV Vape from GotVape and it was at my door the next day here in New York! They even gave me some free stickers. More than pleased with my purchase and the experience.

Excellent service from Daniel Cervantes, he told me how to make a purchase on the website step by step and in 24 hours I reveived my items at a hotel in San Diego.

Had a issue with my unit. Contacted customer service they helped me get a replacement within 24 hours of me emailing them great products GREAT service

Excellent snap vape, hits like nothing else. I dropped it though and it instantly broke, customer service was quick to help.

Package lost in transit. Company did not resend product or issue refund. Poor customer service.

Admittedly, I made an a-s-s out of myself when I called a few weeks ago. I was new to this whole vaping thing and I was a little annoyed at their warranty steps. Even then tho they were still really patient and cool with me. I honestly feel bad about my behavior and low key forgot I was taking to a lady, let alone a human being. I was really disrespectful. I mean I bought this mini from some shotty smoke shop, didn't have my receipt, and even then they were still willing to help me. I was just being hella entitled. So, whoever I spoke to just know I'm sorry for being such a ****, and you were right...I had over filled the damn thing.
