I am a second time client buying land, art and jewelry on Government Auction. The group is 100% dependable with GREAT PROPERTIES and assets on sale by auction. In addition, the back office team is TOP! Yolanda in finance, the team in contracting and billing are all efficient, competent and people of their word. I recommend this group based on the team and the properties without qualification. I wish I could give YOLANDA and THE BACK OFFICE TEAM TEN STARS!

SCSM. SCAM. CHECK LOCAL GOV Assessors OFFICE FOR LEGIT LAND INFO AND WHETHER FOR SALE! Check disclaimer at bottom of auction bidding pages the contact info. and report the real contact given as well. PER THE SITE. REPORT THIS EMAIL. This site is a HUGE SCAM with non working links, fake emails and ERASED MY PAYMENT METHOD ONCE I CANCELLED PURCHASE SO I COULDN'T TAKE PAYMENT METHOD OFF. IT allowed everyone to win every bid. Has been reported to bbb and is not accredited via bbb site.

I love this company. The people working here are top notch and I will never buy from any other auction site. They are so helpful and communication is awesome.

My experience with Tom Richerson was /is absolutely beyond belief. His professionalism, the promptness of responses and knowledge of processes and procedures has blown me away! I could never ask for a better or more experienced person to work with. Definitely worth 10 stars.

This company doesn't explain clearly that you have to pay for credits in order to bid for their products. They also won't allow you any information without demanding some sort of payment. I don't give out that information without knowing what I am bidding for.

This company is great if you want an amazing deal on your own land! I received my contract promptly, the closing and payment processes were easy and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. When I found a discrepancy between the ad and the actual property that impacted what I would be able to do with the land, Tim at Government Auction investigated the ad and then fully refunded me my payments. Sylvia answered all of my questions after explaining the process. Her customer service skills are top-ranked. She does an excellent job of representing Government Auctions while they do an excellent job of providing a seamless and simple affordable way for average citizens to become landowners.

A auction where you actually win bids for a awesome price, so much good stuff that you don't have to enter a bidding war. I'm going to be spending a lot of time on this site.

Yolanda returned my email with a phone call as I requested. She spent 48 minutes clearing up some entanglements that were due to outside agencies.

One was property boundaries.

A second was deed recording and tracking.

A third was a confused mortgage company and an escrow company trying to close on an equity loan from a different borrower and different property, but had me listed as lender.

I was leery of an internet property transaction. Yolanda's performance convinced me that governmentauction.com is a good credible company.
