The aspects of gov-spend that I like is the clean UI, accurate and up-to date info, as well as just the overall accessibility of the platform.

I find the information that I need to be readily available. I have any issues, the support that I have received has been great.

The product's features are extensive. The Sales team is focused on making the customer successful after the sale. The Support team, is particularly responsive and professional. Having been in phone support, I know how tough that job is and can attest to the quality help I received. It was very much a dialogue to help me learn to use the product more effectively.

At Thentia, I sold a solution designed to help state-level regulatory bodies manage their licensing processes. This role involved utilizing tools to conduct research and understand the expectations of state regulatory leaders during our meetings. GovSpend provides detailed, timely information to help in prospecting. GovSpend staff have been very helpful in reviewing how to use GovSpend and assisting with creating customized searches.

GovSpend is very helpful in understanding what products and programs customers use at a granular level.

Searching meetings is fantastic. Also contract access. Sometimes navigation is not intuitive

Serves a great purpose - user experience on the website is great, but takes some time to get used to the platform.

I have been using GovSpend for the last 60+ days. There is not another tool that we currently use or have used that provides our team with sustainable, actionable and relevant data that leads us to positive results. The tool is chalk full of different layers of data points that we traditionally would need another tool to find. I'm very happy that my organization provides me with the license.

This is a great product and the support couldn't be better. I'm very impressed.

I would like to see more from K-12. The data is not often new and many organizations aren’t even on govspend
