Order not received.I have contacted the contacted GR8-KITCHENWARE by telephone no answer left 3 messages . Sent 2 emails The email address on the order is not recognised.
I have changed rating to 3 stars as i managed to messga on facebook and have had a refund

Item never arrived and GR8 don't respond to messages. Zero communication. Purchased through Amazon marketplace so using their A-Z protection to get refund. GR8 have ignored me and ignored Amazon customer service when messaged by them. Avoid this business it's taken 2 weeks to resolve and Amazon have now confirmed refund is being processed. Still nothing from GR8.

It is good to support a small company, especially one that has competitively priced goods and gives such excellent customer service. Very important but often very rare.
I ordered a number of things and I was really impressed by the the care taken with their packaging. Prompt delivery by Royal Mail.

GR8 have a very good website with lots of items different from the 'normal'. Easy to order and easy to contact which is very important these days. I chased my order and received a reply straight away explaining they were very busy but we're working hard to despatch my items. In fact I received them the next day!!! I was very impressed with the personal service I received and delighted with my placemats and coasters.

Great, family run business. Had to wait a little for delivery (small business) but the price and the packaging more than made up for it. Would happily shop here again.

Outstanding service. Query answered promptly and placed order arrived, well packaged, less than 24 hours later. Can’t fault the company.

I ordered a Master Class 26 cm square baking tray 3 days ago it arrived by midday today in excellent condition by Royal Mail . It is very good quality , perfect for my mini oven ! Excellent service . Minimal packaging is a plus .
Cheaper than the same tray from other companies .
Would definitely recommend both product and company .

I’m sorry but I just cannot recommend this website.

I made my first order via this website, 48hr delivery was promised at checkout. There was no email of my order confirmation after I had paid, in fact no emails came at all to notify me of the status of my order at any point. Tried contacting them via their website form, via direct email and also phoned the store number listed on their website countless times. Never any answer and no response.

In the end I had to make a claim through PayPal to try and get my money back. When this dispute was raised, all of a sudden the seller seemed to surface and sent the item out to me. They blamed “technical issues” but this does not cover the direct emails I sent nor the numerous phone calls I made, I believe this was just an excuse.

Had I not gone this route it is very likely that I would never have received my item and never seen my money again.

Don’t be lured by the cheaper prices on this website, please be wise (unlike me) and shop somewhere you can completely trust, even if it costs you that little bit extra.
