Excellent fit for my wood burner. Arrived on time and I replaced the old buckled one. The fire now heats the room effectively.

Very well made, however when I enquired how can I remove my old baffle plate, the lady wasn't very helpful. My baffle plate is screwed into the log burner, and I can't undo this ,so how do I get the plate out? Looking forward to hearing from you, Robert
