Tried for over two months to get a Tutor. The first Tutor came and told us that she wasn't sure why they put her on Lily's case because English is her third language. lol. She was nice so we were going to try it. Comes time for her actual session and the tutor had to cancel right before first session due to sickness. Company didnt have backup. I Requested new tutor. Took 2 weeks , got tutor scheduled. Meanwhile they lied to their worker and said I didn't like her! I was appalled. NO my daughter needs tutoring I don't have time to wait for bronchitis . New tutor - 1 day before scheduled session tutor tells me it don't work for her no more with her schedule. Requested new tutor- still waiting 3 weeks later . They have no problem taking your money but will give u the loopty loop to actually get a session. Tutor hero and grade point tutoring is the same company! Don't be fooled! Get your kid better help like I wish I had!

Reza is super kind and understanding, and he explains calculus in such a simple way that makes it easy for someone like me to understand. He’s the best!

If there were more positive involvement or any involvement with Corporate and Administrative Personnel ( regarding consistency of tutors from poor managerial relations with tutors and less payment issues with tutors and no problem solving skills with Customer Service Personnel ) - Grade Potential Tutorial Agency would be .. a more solidified organization !
They have a ONE WAY CONTRACT -- which ( only ) benefits the UPPER LEVEL PERSONNEL of the AGENCY !
TOO MANY PROBLEMS in the company and cannot be resolved - overnight.
In the meantime - the students and family members and tutors suffer (-throughout ) !

Everyone are so nice and very helpful and easy to reach out with them ! at the beginning I was lost I tried to find a good tutor for my daughter, I searched on google I saw the grade potential I called and I remembered how Alex one of the worker there helped me a lot he was super nice.
Then my daughter started with her amazing tutor Alicia , she is very nice , very knowledgeable ,very smart , and very polite :)
My daughter is very happy with her , she made her understand so fast !
My experience was very good and I’m continuing with them because they are wonderful !

We've had enormous success with our most recent tutors. And they've always managed to replace a tutor quickly when one can no longer teach her. Kathleen is an amazing professional. Her knowledge of MAC navigation and utilization of Adobe Apps is spot on! She is personable and relatable and most importantly, patient. In just two sessions, she has far exceeded my expectations.
