Productos defectuosos

Compramos una balanza en el 2021, en teoría debian entregarla con certificación de calibración ya que la necesitábamos para pesos muy exactos. La balanza nunca funcionó y pasaba de pesar 0 a 9 gramos y saltaba, nunca da pesos exactos. Luego de casi un año de escribir al servicio al cliente, nos respondieron que debíamos enviarla a España, costos de envío a cargo nuestro... Se quedaron con ella 3 meses y la devolvieron incompleta (sin el cable y sin el certificado que habíamos pagado y que era físico) y seguía sin funcionar. Volvimos a escribir al menos unas 20 veces para que nos envaran la pieza faltante y el certificado nunca respondieron, nos bloquearon en redes sociales y no se hicieron cargo de las piezas que no devolvieron. No les damos 0 estrellas, porque no se puede.
