Poor customer service +++. Can’t believe this guy at all. Seemed reluctant to help me from the start and unwilling to negotiate a deal to encourage me to not buy online. I appreciate the importance of shopping local but this guy provided nil incentive at all. I’m off to buy the two knives I was chasing online, saving over $40 with free postage. Save yourselves the trip, wasted my time.
