Chris Berry bought two customized lighted mirrors, one for $300 and one for $640. These are quite small and round mirrors. Usually, a customized lighted mirror has a price starting at $1,000 and can go up to $5,000 depending on the configuration of the LED mirror. Our mirrors are of excellent quality, built to last, and covered by great warranty terms for the buyer.
There seems to be quite some confusion with the customer:
1. Shaver Socket: We do not offer this option on any of our products nor do we mention it anywhere on our website.
2. Warranty Period: On our Grand Mirrors product line, we offer three (3) years warranty against manufacturer defects. The customer is referring to our âDamage Free Delivery Guaranteeâ which states that if transport damages are reported to us within 24 hours, Evervue will ship a new mirror without any additional costs to the buyer. Qualified products can be returned for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the order. Orders that are customized do not qualify for our refund policy. This is both clearly mentioned on our terms and conditions page, as well as the production drawing we request the customer to sign before we start production of a customized order.
3. Power supply: Our mirrors can be customized with different types of power supplies for different locations. This ranges from a regular plug-in to hardwire power supplies. If the customer does not make a request, a standard configuration will be provided. Power supplies are easy to change later on.
4. Chris Berry demanded a 40% refund to avoid negative reviews on social media. This is an unfair practice and we cannot respond to that.
5. Your claim that our mirrors are poorly made is simply not true and written with the only intention to cause damage to our company and receive a refund. We have shipped our premium LED mirrors around the world for over 20 years and they are installed in thousands of homes, residential buildings, and top hotels in the USA and around the world.
We do not understand why this customer is so negative. We have never even seen any photos from the customer.
We have a global technical support team available for all Evervue customers to help with any technical questions they may have. We try very hard to help every customer and continuously strive to provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, it seems we cannot make everyone happy and as a response, the customer leaves damaging reviewsâŠâŠâŠ Examples are also of companies like Apple, Samsung, and Bose, great companies who have mostly very negative reviews. Look them up on this website.
