This is clearly not a well run company. sigh

I was on their forum 2+ weeks ago & wrote a post that I'm looking for glass pipes. At least 2 people said they aren't allowed to give out links, one mentioned a guy who makes custom pipes (they were ugly LOL & no I'm not paying huge money even if they were nice looking), but I come to find out TODAY that they have a site that SELLS PIPES & bongs.

So no one on the forum thought to tell me that???

Even if you are stoned, you should be able to THINK!!!

And this store doesn't even advertise their main site on the forum? What kind of idiot doesn't make that decision?

I opened a live chat & at the same time realized that it was the same company as the forum, so I ask this Alex guy if that's their forum & when I find out it is, I start complaining.

I've been trying to find an all natural cleaner, one-hitter & small bong for over 2 weeks now & I'm in a rush now. All of these companies either ignore my emails, don't want to sell to me or could care less (see other reviews) whether they help me or not.

So he starts explaining to me what a forum is as if I'm a moron.

I ask about the natural cleaner. He gives me a page & it says it's SOLD OUT. So you don't even tell the customer that when you give them a link?

I asked him where he lives. He gives me the Vegas address to the company LOL I said you live there? He side-steps the question.

I tried to CALL, it rings, then I get dead air.

I call again, it rings, then forwards, rings, then I get a fast busy. OMG

Back on live chat I ask for a manager to call or email me.

That's when he starts giving me the run-around that they are CS, they can help. I repeat myself.

He tries to block me from speaking to a manager again.

THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS & based on the other 1 star reviews, it's obvious they do NOT know how to run a business properly. SMH

Back to wasting my time looking for a simple one-hitter, all natural cleaner, & a small bong for a reasonable price.

You'd think I was asking for gold.

This was the worst return experience I have ever had! I called immediately after opening the box to return I was supposed to receive an email confirmation allowing for return that was 5 days ago! I called today they lied to me and told me the email was sent it was not. they said since it is a personal reason for return I would have to pay to return it. They would then open it exam it and let me know the result! This is pathetic! Would they return it if not accepted? probably not ! Never purchase from this Company they will rip you off!

Refuse to send me a replacement for the one the packer of my order broke so now I’ll have to take it up to feds and hopefully they get shut down

I went ahead and became an elite member. Worth the 30 a year considering I can order anything I want with no shipping fee or worries about loss and damage. Not to mention the savings with every purchase.

Delivered one complete order in four different boxes one of the orders says it's delivered but wasn't even delivered to the correct address versus one of the other orders war delivered to the correct address the incorrect address that it was sent to was in Pennsylvania I'm in Louisiana how do you mix that up and then make you go through a whole process to try to get a replacement that they up which takes even longer. I will no longer be ordering from them I recommend you don't even bother but that's up to you.

I ordered an item 5 days ago and it's still waiting to ship. A shipping label was created the day I ordered but they still haven't shipped and I'm gonna just get from another site today. This place is a joke. So they finally shipped my item, why it takes a whole week is ridiculous. Then they say shipping wasn't updated LMFAO. Nice excuse

I thought I ordered 4 pipes cuz the pic showed 4 pipes. I only got one. So it cost me $15 for one pipe.
Wont be ordering from here again.

Not good so far. The item shipped was too big. I've requested return label and sent photos to verify the item is not used. No response yet....

I have ordered from Grasscity four or five times now. Every item I've ordered has arrived on time, exactly what was described, everything is so well wrapped nothing has ever come broken. The prices are great, the wide variety of options is great! Highly recommend!

Pay the extra few $$, and upgrade your membership. Once you do that the prices absolutely cannot be beat. Glass items are packed well, and orders ship quick, and arrive in one piece. So far I'm very impressed with GC.

No shipping notifications or tracking emails, information isn’t even on their website when you go to your order information. I ordered three items, only one was delivered, I’m still waiting for two items, zero update by email or my account information on the site, are they on back order? Bottom line, you’re left in the dark after your purchase

Mind-blowing that they have everything in stock. No matter what smoking utensil you need, they have it all. I am a customer for life. The one-stop shop; if you truly take the time to look, they have everything. Great job, guys.

No returns or exchanges allowed! What is ordered was bigger then expected and doesn't fit in my dug out so I inquired about exchanging the one hitters and was asked to verify order # and name if item only to be told no refunds or exchanges. We'll why did you waste my time chatting????

Do not order from this place! I’ve waited 3 weeks on my order and nothing! No tracking number at all and customer service is a joke! When I called it sounded like a few people in a room,so it was sketchy af! I repeat do not order from here! Going to my bank and stopping the payment and to get a new debit card.

I placed an order for several items. I received a box with some of the items I ordered without a packing slip or anything. Maybe another box is on the way. None of your contact info works on your website. This is the only way I could find to contact you. You charged my credit card for the full amount of the order I made. I would like to know what is going on here. Thanks.
