Your performance during your tenure did not meet the expectations set for the role. Targets were clearly communicated to you, and unfortunately, they were not achieved. Additionally, we received multiple concerns regarding your communication and behavior during calls with students, which were not aligned with our standards ....
I was surprised to receive feedback stating that my communication and behavior during calls were not up to the mark. At no point was I informed or made aware of any such concerns during my tenure. If there were specific issues, they were never communicated to me directly or constructively so I could address and improve them.
Moreover, I want to bring to your attention that many of the leads assigned to me were behaving inappropriately — including repeatedly trying to initiate video calls, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. I raised this issue internally, but no proper support or action was taken from the organization’s side. If I had taken action or refused such calls, it was purely in line with maintaining professionalism and personal boundaries.
Additionally, after joining, no structured training or product orientation was provided. I was expected to start performing without proper onboarding or understanding of your processes, which made the role even more challenging.
In this context, holding me solely accountable for unmet expectations without providing adequate support, training, or a safe work environment feels unfair and one-sided.
