I recently became the proud owner of my lovely brand new Renault Symbioz in a beautiful metallic red.
I was professionally looked after by the lovely Mr Emyr Bowen of Gravells Renault Kidwelly.
This is the fourth occasion I've dealt with Emyr and each time he has been extremely helpful and thoughtful.
I would certainly recommend Emyr, but the whole team know exactly what they are dealing with. If there's something they aren't sure about, they make the effort to find out.
Whenever I've needed to visit the dealership, whoever it is I speak to at the time have been extremely courteous.
The same applies to whoever answers the 'phone.
Emyr's handover of my Symbioz was extremely helpful and I know if there's anything I am unsure about I can call to see him.
Being a widow I have never felt that I'm being sold any old thing since day one, which is extremely comforting.
I would once again like to thank Emyr for his help and patience with me.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a Used or Brand New Renault, Kia etc.

Went to Kia gravells Swansea and book my car in for a service. Natalya who I spoke to was brilliant to speak with very informative and got me book in when it was best for me.

Had a service on my kia today. Staff were pleasant and helpful particularly Lauren. Thank you for your time and assistance particularly sorting out the fact I had a dashcam I was not aware of.

James made everything so easy, and is such a genuine nice guy who made the experience so much easier, wld definitely get my next car from kia aslong as James is still there. Thanks so much.

James was brilliant from start to finish , he went above and beyond and he's such a lovely guy to deal with, made the whole process easy and nothing was to much trouble . Its comforting to deal with such a well person who knows exactly what there talking about and has a happy demeanour.

Picked up our new Kia Sportage last Monday and was thrilled. The customer care we've had from James has been
exceptional and he made the whole experience seamless. He even sorted out the transter of my number plate from my old car to the new one. We were not rushed at all throuah the process and and were so well look after. He went through everything about the vehicle to make sure it met our needs. When we picked it up, he went through all the paperwork; we signed for our new car and then he iumned in to ao for a ride with us. until my husband was comfortable behind the wheel of a new vehicle and understood all
the new controls. I would highly recommend Gravells. This is the 4th car I've had from them and will remain a loyal
customer, based on the superb service & care we receive. I can also vouch for the after care too, including the services and MOTs. Gravells are a great family business and I'm grateful that they're in Pembrokeshire for us. Diolch yn fawr pawb.

Brought our motability Captur Hybrid for her service..5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to all..Professional, friendly , and smoothly done..From reception ,on arrival , to departure...We were given all the info as to what was happening, lovely drinks (also provide toilets🥴)..and all in the time specified...Brilliant..👍

Booked in for first MOT. The car was failed for the rear brakes and the windscreen washer wasn’t working (even though the car had less than 17k on the clock). Collected the car a week later, over £400 for the brakes under the maintenance agreement and on the way home discovered that the windscreen washer still wasn’t working. Front near side wheel has been rimmed.

Paul at Hereford was very helpful, not pushy. He answered all our questions patiently and we got a good deal on our Kia Soul EV. We would not hesitate to recommend Gravells, especially Paul.

I travelled 375 miles to pick up my KIA e-Niro the car was exactly how Paul described it he even picked me up at the train station.There was No hard sales just a nice relaxing experience from this Family run dealership.Would 100% recommend Gravells Kia Hereford and Paul.

Gareth has provided an excellent service, this is the third car I’ve bought from him and nothing is too much trouble! All the staff are very courteous and customer friendly and I would highly recommend! The most seem less experience when buying a car 👍 Wouldn’t go anywhere else now! 🙌

Took my Rio in for a new side mirror and service/MOT and on 'phoning was told it was ready. However on arrival was told this was a mistake as it needed further drying time after being sprayed body colour. However Claire (might be Clare). was very helpful and said the Rio would be delivered when ready and the courtesy car picked up. She even pulled the courtesy car outside the door for me as I have limited mobility, it being a bit chaotic in the car park due to building work. It made a potentially disastrous afternoon much better, even topping up the fuel tank to cover the distance for delivery!

I recently bought a Kia Ceed from Paul Campbell from Gravells in Hereford. The Ceed is absolutely brilliant and Paul could not have been more helpful in finding the perfect car for me. Having had negative experiences in the past buying cars, I was a nervous buyer, but I could not be more thrilled with the experience I had at Gravells Hereford and am very grateful to Paul. He was patient and understood what I was after. Thank you so much Paul! I would recommend this garage and the Kia Ceed very highly.

Left a negative review for about all my issues.
Chris from the Swansea store manager called me and told he will just addressed one issue out of 4 and that only if I give them positive feedback and change my rating.
My auto stop also doesn’t work clearly no inspection was done.
Time to raise to ombudsman and Kia and create a charge back on my card

I have always used main dealers to carry out the servicing on my cars in the past and this is the first time i have ever used Gravells in Bridgend. I have to say that from start to finish the service and communication has been awesome. From the time of booking in i was explained fully what would be done. The infinite detail, the cost - nothing was unclear. From drop off to collection i was informed throughout every step of the way. I dealt with a chap called Neil Channel and i will say he was very polite, professional and could not do enough to help. I actually work in the Service industry in another sector myself and i know that usually only bad reviews are posted so i though i would genuinely pass on my true feelings and gratitude. Thank you Neil and thank you Gravells i will certainly pass on word of mouth and will definitely use again

Great service from Gareth in Gravells Kidwelly last week, walked in Wednesday and left having put a deposit down on a car. Easy as that! Was told about 7 days to collect to ensure car had all it's checks/MOT/valet but they got it ready for me by the end of that week! Fantastic service, Gareth was fantastic and even took me out on a second test drive to ensure I understood the different modes before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, after 9 years with my Peugeot I can honeslty say I absolutely love my Kia Ceed. Thank you so much Gravells Kidwelly, very happy customer.

No one answers the phone in service I’ve been trying for a week! When we went last time that list of things on the bill was rediculous!

I wouldn’t use or buy another Renault.

Booked in for recall and to discuss servicing car and arrangements for service plan.
Booked in and told Chris would go through the service plan with me.
After 11/2 hours no sign of car or Chris
Found car parked outside so went to check with service reception only to be told I haven’t had the keys and paperwork back I’ll check now
Lady came back five minutes later with key and handed them to me
Even though she knew I was there to sort service and service plan it wasn’t mentioned when I was given key back
Certainly will not be returning or recommending them

Excellent service from Jason at Gravells Kia Narberth. Went above and beyond to get the right car for me. When I picked the car up there was new mats,boot liner they paid for a year's road tax for me and a full tank of fuel. Can't ask for a better service. The car is amazing too. Thank you Jason and Kia Narberth.
