Grays of Westminster, the multi-award-winning Nikon-only shop, was founded forty years ago by Gray Levett with the idea of creating a world-class camera store, offering a service that was second to none. It is superbly located in a quiet area of central London, a few minutes walk from Victoria Railway Station; the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the Tate Britain, River Thames and Knightsbridge are all within easy reach. Grays of Westminster is not simply a famous Nikon camera shop; it is to many photographers around the world an institution. It can trace back its beginnings from a modest mail order company to its present, highly-respected position in the photographic industry. Grays of Westminster, became the first camera shop in the world to be granted a Coat of Arms. Mr. Robert Noel, Norroy and Ulster King of Arms of Her Majesty's College of Arms, presented the Coat of Arms to Grays of Westminster 29th October 2014.

Excellent service as usual. Purchased a used SB-R200, well packaged and grading was better then described. Sensible price and free next day delivery.

Banner states Free Delivery on ALL UK…
Banner states Free Delivery on ALL UK orders. Until you get to checkout and give address anywhere north of Scottish central belt. Then £35 delivery charge appears. Never realised I didn't live in the UK. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

Impeccable service as always
Very highly recommended. I ordered a new D7200 and have just received it as it was out of stock as it is now discontinued. Grays kept me informed as to when it arrived. They dispatched it after checking it over and I received it the following day.
Impeccable service and courtesy. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase.

Patronising, rude, and over-priced
The last time I had dealings with this shop was indeed the last time, as I never intend to visit them again.
They would like us to believe they are a high-end and exclusive specialist. However, that would be all well and good if they had the manners to go with their image.
The last person I spoke with was surly and rude.
This is NOT the behaviour you'd expect from a competent sales person.

Outstanding Service
What a breath of fresh air!
After years of business with 'another online camera store' who played some dirty tricks, I searched and found Grays.
Don't be put of by their slick image, pricing is very competitive but not at the expense of service; their service is 101%.
Stock levels are good and I put in a rather large order which they were able to fulfil the very next day, and even after a panic with an extra lens I needed while on the shoot in the Scottish Highlands, we put a runner on a plane to London City to collect it; and Grays had it there waiting for collection.
I just can't wait to visit the store in person next time I'm in London; how I wish there was a Manchester branch :)

Quality
What a great company Grays are, like old friends, you feel confident and comfortable dealing with them, there is a reassurance that nothing is too much trouble and when your lively hood depends on the equipment and their knowledge and supply of it, they are second to non. Many thanks for such a brilliant service.
