Ελαττωματικη μπαταρία για λσπτοπ
Παρέλαβα μια μπαταρία για το λσπτοπ με αρκετή καθυστέρηση. Ωστόσο το χειρότερο ηταν οτι μετά απο 2 φορτίσεις η υγεία της μπαταρίας έπεσε στο 94%. Μετά απο 6-7 email κατάλαβα οτι δεν υπάρχει ελπίδα αντικατάστασης του ελαττωματικου προϊόντος. Ζητάνε ξανά και ξανά τα ίδια στοιχεία και φωτογραφίες και βίντεο της μπαταρίας που ειναι ήδη μέσα στο λαπτοπ! Τραγική αντιμετώπιση.

Bad experience
I ordered 2 batteries. The one for a Lenovo was totally incompatible and couldn't start the laptop even when I put the original back on, so it destroyed the laptop. The other on the Dell worked well. I contacted and they said they would refund but then they disappeared. I sent several messages, they said they would refund but nothing.

17 days from the order date to the delivery date, in the site of the company it was written 3-5 labor days.
The customer service all this time had non any satisfactory explanation...1 star because there is no alternative for 0 or -1.

Το σάιτ είναι ελληνικό αλλά η μπαταρία ήρθε από την Κίνα. Στην παραλαβή η μπαταρία δεν δούλευε και μου ζήτησαν να κάνω βίντεο για απόδειξη. Χρειάστηκαν σχεδόν τρεις εβδομάδες για την επιστροφή χρημάτων μετά από πολλά δικά μου εμαιλ.
