Especially Jess in the office!!! She has helped me in so many ways, from making sure I have everything I need, to making my returns quick and painless. I ordered a fence on the phone. Mario was very helpful in giving some advises. We finished the deal in few minutes. Paid over the phone. Immediately, I received the receipt email and the confirmation for the delivery. The delivery came on time and done very professionally.

I was seeking high quality AFCO aluminum deck railing for my deck. I had done the research in advance and knew exactly what I was looking for. Great Railing answered my questions via email and provided me with an itemized quote. I called to place the order - confirm everything, pay, and get an estimated shipping date. This went VERY smoothly and delivery was only several days! The young fellow that delivered this order was very polite and efficient, too. I am very happy with the service I received AND the product was made in the USA!! I highly recommend this outfit.

I had a delivery set up and was able to add something to my order without any issues 2 days prior to delivery.
It arrived on time and they unloaded it exactly where I needed it.

I’ve ordered from great railing several times. They are always professional and quick with shipping. Easy to install and looks great for years.

Service was great. Returned my call in a timely manner. Only problem was with packaging and wrapping of the material! Spindles weren't wrapped well and were loose! Had rape on the spindles and were roughed up in shipping!
Had some scratches on them and a few chips! If they would of our them in a box would of made a big difference! Everything else was good.

I have wanted to redo an existing deck for a long time but the price of materials was to expensive. A friend told me about Great Railing, I dealt with Mario and he was extremely helpful with which products would be best for my needs. The price for a premium product was the same as what a lower end product would have cost me here. They delivered my materials to Brooklyn with in a week of my order.

Love the deck packages and more important the willingness to work with us and make some adjustments to the package to meet our project needs!

Customer service and communication after the sale was terrible. Delivery timeframe set for 1-3…… took half a day off to accept delivery. No communication, no one answers the phone (answering service only able to take messages) no return calls, no return emails and the delivery shows up at 830pm with parts missing and damaged. Don’t schedule build until you see your material.

Still waiting for a call (or email) to discuss a week later! Other the Nick the driver, extremely disappointed in customer service

My only complaint is that there were quite a few scratches in the vinyl railing
