Great Railing レビュー 

This company is horrible to work with. I have been here three times for three different jobs in the last six months. Every time it's just as bad as the previous. The people that work there have poor attitudes, loaders are lazy and don't want to find your stuff.

I had to call to make sure everything was ready. The one person said, well, it was marked for pick up yesterday, so it should be done. We asked to confirm it's 45 min one way, and I don't want to waste time. They called to say it was done, sent my guy there, and he had to wait because they weren't finished.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called prior to showing up at Great Railings to find out if my order was ready. The woman who answered the call put me on hold to verify that my order was ready. She came back and said it was ready for pickup.
When I got there went to the office and the woman there check out my order and wrote on my slip " Check w b/shop this should be ready for p/up".
Well it wasn't, I waited 2 hours for my order.
The guys in the shop were very nice and apologized many times for the delay.
I think you need much better communications between office and shop/warehouse. No one the the shop area would say the office called them regarding my order.

Thus far everything has been outstanding! Drew has been working with me for the past few days now and has really been on top of his game . I even sent him photos of my deck so that it was certain that everthing I ordered would fit properly. There has been no problems at all with the choosing of color ... Drew also helped me with this .

Your staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered railings last year and needed to order replacement parts for a mishap during the install. Thank you for keeping my project on track. The railings are beautiful.

I’m a deck contractor and I drive 1 hr and 20 minutes one way to get materials I need , there is a few reasons I do this they have in stock most everything I need , all of the staff are very professional and know their materials, every time I order special rail they will jump right on making it so I have it before leaving and their prices are the best I’ve found .
