Responsive, helpful and honest to deal with. Competitive pricing and quality products... Very easy to deal with and accomplish our job goals!

Overall the process in obtaining what I needed was simple. Only thing I disliked was not allowing me to lock in the price for the deck kit. I wanted to purchase early March and schedule delivery for end of March but they wouldn't allow me to do so. So in other words, they forced me to wait and order closer to my preferred delivery date which resulted in me paying a higher price since they were going up daily. Additionally, there's a $150-200 delivery fee, a 3% credit card fee (unless you pay by check but that's tricky because you can't schedule delivery unless your order is paid in full and I just told you about how their prices go up daily).

Have used Great Railing for several years. Great products and service. Will continue using them on future projects

Just feel delivery fees are way out of line. Highest of all suppliers

I would give no stars if it allowed me. These people can't get anything right.
You prepay for gates and have to wait 3 to 4 weeks- then they are ready to give your prepaid items to others- so unprofessional. The office staff needs to work on their lack of phone skills and have crappy attitudes. They use the excuse they are short handed- here's idea PAY PEOPLE MORE MONEY and maybe you'll get a decent staff that can get an order right. If you go there to pick up a order - pack a lunch because you'll be there for hours.

Rena in the office was awesome. She answered many questions and sent me plenty of information for a straight week. I’d give her 5 starts alone but the yard there is an absolute nightmare. I know I’m not the first or last one to say so. The guys in the yard seemed to not really care about anything. I’d be willing to bet there’s a lot of damaged product there. Will see how my relatively expensive product comes in.

This is a great company to deal with. Product is top quality and staff are some of the most pleasant people to talk to. They made it a breeze for me to add a railing to the front steps of my house. Thank you!

There were people receiving our calls that seemed very responsive and tried to help throughout the quote process, however the thing that I am reducing my rating for is that on the day we were expecting delivery, we called to see when to expect it, only to be told that the material was not in stock even though it was upon order, and there was no estimate of when it might be available again. This resulted in costing us extra as we ended up having to use an alternative item because it required more product for the job.

Knowledgeable staff, very responsive to emails and voice calls about questions on their products. I sent a drawing of my deck and they assisted with the number of railing posts and lots I would need. Dinging one star because the operations side seems a bit lax as they did not deliver to me the day they scheduled me for, in fact when I called I wasn’t on the schedule at all. They apologized and put me on delivery for the following week.

I searched many places to find Trex decking, railings and screws but nobody had what I needed due to Covid or other reasons. Great railing bailed me out with excellent customer service and product that was readily available. They delivered the product and I couldn’t have been happier with my Great Railing experience!
