1MILION THANKS TO THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TEAM WILL NOT BE ENOUGH !Just got really lucky that i was able to find this great company who were able to help us with an urgent air cargo delivery on Friday evening. If somebody whises for god to help at messed up situtuations, then these must be the case. We had an issue with a delivery of a cargo drom Greece to Cyprus. On friday evening we have found out that the ship we have booked could not cary the cargo for our company. We were all panicked and were looking any other possibility to bring the 3 pallets of some exhibition items to limassol. We have found this company in the internet and there were indicated that they provide any kind of air delivery services and work 24/7. We were not shure in the beging and decided to cal.And guess what all this were true 1000%. Their servise, support and comunication were great, fast and very profesional. We discussed the situation and with the next hour we were informed that they can arrange the delivery for us. Even after midnight they were in contact and discussing with us loading details. They made the delivery to look so easy and what is more importatnt the have given us the feeling of being safe with our cargo delivery and that everything would be really great. Ans so it was. The great crew of the company has packed the cargo very carefully and provided us with all the details and pictures. The next day the airplane set its route to limassol and before we knew it the airoport representatives in Cyprus called us to receive the cargo. A really unbelievable situation. All the people who worked with us were great profeshionals especialy mr. Vassilis and Mr. Doulis, who were discussing all the time with us and provinding details regarding the correction of the documents and the way the cargo would be loaded. Also they booked us the flight event when we were only making the payment during the weekend. The funds were supposed to be delivered only begging of the week but however they booked the flight to us and delivered everything safe and on time. We are very gratefull to this company and particularly to these 2 great and high profesional people. I really recomend this company to anyone who will nedd any delivery to any place of the world. If you look for a great trustfull partner now you have found him. Wish all the best to this company and the team. For us we know now for sure with who our next delivery will be. Thank you again. Anyone who looks for an urgent delivery just keep this company close by for any needs. Your best air cargo partner is here for you!

The experience was amazing
The experience was amazing! The service incredibly. The helicopter was new, comfortable and spectacular and our wonderful Italian pilot was professional and went above and beyond to be entertaining and ensure we enjoyed every minute of the ride! This booking came about after flight and ferry delays and it ensured we were on time for our flight in Santorini - complete with a chauffeur waiting to take us to the airport. Cannot say enough great things!

No Show, NO RUFUND
Helicopter did not show up and I had to call the company while waiting on the helipad with my family. No solution was offered.
It has now been a month and they will not refund the trip that never took place. Citing, banking problems.

Referring to the above review by Ms. Hekemian, the GREEK AIR TAXI NETWORK
(GATN) wishes to express its sorrow for her unfortunate experience, but also needs
to set the record straight, regarding what happened. Our investigation of the matter
has shown that ALPINE JET GROUP booked for Ms. Hekemian a helicopter flight from
Crete to Santorini on June 18. Full price was paid in euros. However the helicopter
could not approach Crete due to bad weather and the flight had to be rescheduled a
few hours later than the initial booking. Undisputable FLIGHT TRACKER evidence of
this force majeure was sent immediately to Ms. Hekemian’s who requested that the
flight be altogether cancelled. On the very next day, June 19, GATN staff transferred
to the customer’s US Bank Account a full refund in euros, without charging any
cancellation fees! A couple of weeks later, Ms. Hekemian informed us that her Bank
Account had not been credited accordingly yet and we immediately initiated an
investigation with our Greek Bank in order to find out what the problem was. Seeing
that the investigation was taking a long time, the GATN tried a new transfer of the
refund in euros on July 20. On July 21, though, our Bank notified us that the
customer’s US Bank did not accept money transfers in euros but only in US dollars
and that was why our transfers never got through the system. As soon as we were
informed about the outcome of the investigation we notified Ms. Hekemian and she
thanked us for our persistence and our efforts to help her out. On July 24, our staff
initiated a quite complicated procedure of a Bank transfer in US dollars and we were
assured Ms. Hekemian will get her refund by July 28. In consideration of the above,
we fully understand Ms. Hekemian’s frustration but it is more than obvious that it’s
due to no fault of ours. The helicopter was NOT a “No Show”, but it actually made
quite a few circles around the area, in an effort to approach the landing spot. We
find it All in all, GATN cannot be blamed neither for bad weather nor for banking
inadequacy. What GATN could do and what actually did was to accept the flight
cancellation as a result of bad weather conditions, charge no cancellation fees or
penalties and then make every effort to refund the customer immediately – which
Ms. Hekemian gratefully acknowledged in her communication with us.

On time, always and provide with the best solutions-options. Truly a great partner for traveling business or pleasure! Always fast in responding, great on the ground service!

Professionalism at its finest
Out of personal experience I am in a position to confirm that the Greek Air Taxi Network proves itself to be a valuable and most reliable partner of those who either wish or must for emergency reasons to book an air taxi. An experienced staff has access to a large variety of helicopters and aero planes and is 24/7 ready to respond and propose the aircraft that suits most the customers needs and wallet.
