Complete scam
The company is a total fraud. They claim they have a directory of companies that will pay for and collect recyclable material, like paper, cardboard, or other office items. That's of course behind a paywall.
I paid for £5.99 and registered for an account. I received a welcome email but no receipt or invoice. I assumed it must be some delay. I accessed my account and did ONE search on their directory. I got no results for my area. I contacted support to request my account is deleted and a refund is processed. They told me they'll look into it. Five days later, after complete silence from their side, I chased to ask what's happened with the refund. This is when they told me they won't be processing any refund because "I accessed their database". So, not only I paid £5.99 for one search query that produced no results, I also had to chase for an update regarding my refund after they said "they'll look into it". For five days! Also, my account is still not deleted and no receipt received.
