I visited Marsden Park clinic for general checkup and vaccination appointment, the vet didn't even check my pet's weight, her coat, her dental health, forget other concerns. He was acting like amatuer. He doesn't have skills to handle dog and make them comfortable.

Over the phone they said the consult appointment is $170 but they billed $174. Upon questioning about this and expressing unsatisfaction about the consult, the vet was ready to completely waive off the charges.

GREEN CROS VET CLINIC/PET BARN HORNSBY Failed to document a serious pre existing condition of a Rescue Cat from Pet Barn/RSPCA and recomend reporting back to RSPCA no needs Periodonal disease in a 6 month cat at the time. Now at 11 months will need $1000 PLUS in treaments, after person has bonded with the pet, This is traumatic as well ileagal I am sure missleading adoptee. There is no way the pet insurance would cover any of the expenses now orin any future as this ix not aspontanious condition. We will x

Green Cross Vet themselves are great but the healthy Pet Plus is useless! I had use a similar program in my previous state and it was great.

Healthy Pet Plus is a absolute scam. They only have ONE emergency vet you can use in my whole state of WA!!!. So if I had an emergency id have to drive an hour to be able to use the benefits. Absolutely ridiculous! I will be cancelling it.

I can’t recommend Greencross Vets North Rd, Ormond highly enough. Every time I’ve taken my cat, Sebastian, the veterinarians have been incredibly supportive, professional, and caring. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make both Sebastian and myself feel comfortable.

I also signed up for the annual membership, and it was honestly the best decision I’ve made. It gives me peace of mind knowing Sebastian’s care is covered and makes each visit stress-free.

A big thank you to the whole team — you truly go above and beyond for pets and their owners.

Greencross Vets has a service called Healthy Pets Plus. I signed up to this service, unknowingly that I was being locked in to a contract and was advised that this would be a great product for my aging pet dog on an annual visit. I few months later, I had to relocate for work reasons from the city life of Ipswich in Queensland to the rural life in Victoria. Where I relocated to did not have a Greencross Veterinary Clinic or Petbarn accessible to me to continue receiving any of the services offered by this service, so I decided to cancel, and this was where things turned sour for our business relationship. They had become abusive, rude and outright disrespectful in the emails I had received after I explained my situation to them. After I had angrily asked them to cancel this service because I refuse to pay for something I cannot use, they fraudulently direct debit my credit card the following month, which I had to contact my bank, and eventually got it back through a Visa card protection policy. Afterwards they warned me in another vicious email that they will contact their debt collection company.

Steer away from this bad business, these people are uneducated and seem to think they are above the law. They don’t understand that life happens and people move around. The Greencross Veterinary nurse in Ipswich did not explain this is a locked in subscription, and I agreed to it on the spot.

If this company ever wants to improve the bad service I have experienced, they can contact me, make amends, then i will reflect this in my review, who knows, it might turn out positive, but so far, it’s all about money, greed and debt collection.

Beware DO NOT USE Greencross Vets / Petbarn.
Took our cat there they cause serious injury including perforated ear drum.
He now requires surgery and life long treatment.
Greencross Vets/Petbarn are refusing this .
Kitty's 80year old grandmother outside of Greencross Vet/Petbarn try to get justice and help for Kitty before it is too late.
