Very fast postage, Items well packed

Customer service was great - fast responses and shipping.
I purchased a big order of insulated tumbers to personalise, and they were a fantastic size for the price! I did have some trouble with a couple coming up with rust spots overnight, where I engraved them but not too bad. I'll be ordering more in future 😀Thanks!

I purchased tumblers for an event and needed them quickly. The customer service team were incredibly helpful and arranged for my order to be dispatched as soon as possible.

A few days later, Australia Post showed no tracking updates after collection. Although this was completely outside the supplier’s control, the team proactively called me and provided several solutions to ensure I would receive the order in time for my event.

In the end, the tumblers arrived earlier than expected. The issue was simply a delay in the tracking updates, not the delivery itself.

The tumblers were even better than I imagined: excellent quality, packed with care, and incredibly affordable. For a relatively low-value order, the customer service team treated it with genuine importance and made me feel valued as a customer.

I really appreciate the communication, care, and willingness to go above and beyond. I look forward to shopping with them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I ordered Doterra oils multiple times from this shop and the experience was always great. The products are fantastic, the website is modern with clear and informative interface and the delivery was fast and always on time. My go to place when I need to buy some essential oils and highly recommend.

I bought an Ice Cube (160 cubes) tray and went into the business for pickup. Owners appeared courteous and helpful and had my order prepared before I arrived.

I just bought a portable bath, wow I am so happy. It is exactly as described, except its bigger than it looked in the picture(no complaints). Ordered on Sunday delivered on Wednesday to my door.(great driver, an asset to Direct Freight)

In early March I placed an order for 2 bottles of a product that cost $108.00 per 300ml and included free shipping. The order arrived within a week which was more than acceptable.
Unfortunately on opening the order I discovered that the Best Before date on the bottles was 06/2025. As each bottle was dosed to last one month this would have meant that I have had to start using the product immediately before the best before date.
I wrote asking what the return policy was and didn’t receive a reply.
This was a very expensive purchase and given that I had previously purchased from another source where the product best before date was >12 months longer I feel that this was old stock being sent out to customers and no warning was being given.
Based on the above and no response from their customer service I could not recommend this business.

Never got a confirmation email for my order. Still waiting for it to arrive which I doubt it will. Will never buy from here again!

I have ordered their bathtubs before, which are great. However, their information was quite conflicting on how long a pre-order would take (says your order is being prepared now, for example). I have chronic pain so I have written asking for a refund and the item not to be sent.

I have received ZERO correspondence for close to 48 hours, no one answers the phone or actions emails.

I could really use the money back to purchase a faster solution.

My purchase I thought was faulty after four uses (seemed to stop working) and green shop online initally rude took a week or possibly two weeks to respond.
So contacted supplier and it was a simple case l didn’t have the unit in place properly and so the next time I tried with supplier on telephone it worked (it’s not supposed to function if not clicked into place) so it was a case of user error

I must point out greenshop online didn’t scam me but since they were initially not interested in responding I did start to investigate and scamwatch has this company listed as a medium risk so greenshop online obviously need to lift its game to win back confidence from its after sales and warranty procedures
