We were just disappointed with the delivery as the delivery person came really late at 7.45pm. I have ageing in laws who got very stressed. To have strangers in your house so late in the evening with poor security situation in Nairobi was very uncomfortable. I do appreciate the need to save on packaging but having to transfer bottles out of the crate at 7.45pm when I was also trying to cook caused unnecessary tension. Also it seemed like they didn't know what was for me. The whole stryfoam cool box including meat was brought into my house.

We love greenspoon. We order fruits, veggies, meats, yogurt, bread, cleaning products...everything we have ordered arrived in perfect conditions (like we would have gone to pick the fruits and veggies ourselves!) and timely. They are very responsive. Will definitely continue buying from them!

Unfortunately, you guaranteed to deliver my food on Sunday, so when it didn’t arrive I had to go out and buy extra chicken for that evening…
I understand it was an issue with M-PESA but the payment left my phone on Saturday morning so not sure what happened..
Anyway, you delivered on Monday and I understand that these things happen..

My first order was missing items. It took 2 days to get the confirmation regarding the missing products and receive the remaining items.

Meat and vegetables placed in the same box and audacity to say since they are individually packed it shoudnt matter. Learn the terms vegan and vegeterian and their ethics
