best service and value for money

when we wanted picking up we were told to go from terminal 3 to terminal 5!!! with 8 suitcases that was impossible , had to get a cab back to pick up the car, unreliable, no one in the office at the car park which did not seem secure at all, the gates were covered in vegetation so didn't look as if they closed at all,the property next door is derelict.

My experience with them was fine but beware for the price you pay as it is only for PARK. I used a park and ride comparison website and paid £55 for a my 5 day stay. I thought this was okay. Then when I was about to get into the van going to Heathrow I was suddenly asked to pay another £15. I asked what for and the driver explained its for the ride to and from the airport. He said how can you expect us to be so cheap!!! I was amazed. I asked if there was a bus stop around and he looked at me blankly. My personal recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or if you do check the real price. Good luck.

The reason I suggested 1 star is because I did not have the option to give them zero stars. My car sustained quite an impact right above the trunk, I did not see the impact because it was dark and they had no lighting around the car park that looked more like an abandoned gravel dump yard. After sending them several emails detailing exactly how I found the state of the vehicle the next morning I had no reply. I called to follow up on the emails and not only did they kindly hang up on me, they blocked my number. So I called them from my wife’s phone and to my surprise they did the same exact thing. The cost of damages to my vehicle were estimated to run north of £1,800, all because I wanted to save an extra 30 quid. I should have read the reviews about their shoddy shuttle service, phantom miles that have accumulated on customer’s odometers and damages to vehicle body work. But I didn’t. Choosing to work with these cowboys will most likely have you end up wishing you walked to Heathrow airport.

Absolutely horrible horrible people. Damaged my car and took zero responsibility, were VERY abusive towards me and my girlfriend. We felt very threatened by these people, they deny any fault and wrong doing. Please do not use these vile people.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS! I followed all instructions, had to wait over an hour in the short stay car park and paid the extortionate amount for the privilege and nearly missed my flight. Returning two days later they said they didn’t have my booking when I called after a half hour wait to find out where my car was and I had to wait over an hour in total. Disgraceful. Do not book!

Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Firstly, the price you pay when making the booking does not include a £15 charge “for drop off” that they just add on to your booking confirmation and try to charge you at the airport. It makes no sense as the drop off fee at Heathrow is £6 per car, so why should multiple people being transferred by Gregg Maurice in the same minibus have to pay £15 per booking?! Absolute scam.

Secondly, the advice on the booking is to make gregg Maurice aware when you are 20 minutes away from their car park, which we did. When we arrived at the car park there is no reception area or anyone to greet you so we called them again and were told they would be back in 15 minutes because they were doing another pick up. 15 minutes later I called the guy again and he said he would be there within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he finally turned up, proceeded to take another 5 minutes unloading those he’d just picked up and then told us that he wouldn’t be able to drop us at the terminal we needed to go because the traffic was bad. Instead he would drop us at terminal 5 and we would have to get a train to our terminal. By this point we were in real danger of missing our flight and my wife and I were both very stressed. It absolutely ruined the start of our holiday.

Do not use this company.
Absolutely shocking experience and lack of professionalism.
After a 13 hour flight we waited at the required pick up point for 2 hours.
We contacted requested once clear from airport. Were told 15-30 mins.
After 30 mins, we chased up, NO Answer. Despite calling/texting from 2 phones over 30 times before a response, for which we were informed they would be at least another hour.
Instructed to take a taxi (£55) which would be reimbursed. This has not been.
Also to top off I believe our car had been used for other than parking. Although I cannot prove. But why else would they need to retune the radio if moving 20 mts???
Once again please DO NOT USE....

Our normal company had a last min fire so we were forced to book something fast. We booked through compare parking, as described as good value. Don’t be fooled, it’s less to start with until the ‘cash up front’ payment to actually take you to the airport. On the way there the driver exceeded the speed limit considerably and the seatbelts were ‘broken’. I was already worrying about my car as we’d left it in a very dark yard with no reception, lights, or people. I have a tracker so I monitored the mileage and position and luckily it stayed there. The way home today was worse, after phoning the number we saw the original van turn up, dropping someone off but he didn’t know who we were, and neither did ‘the controller’ Eventually another driver showed up and the vehicle stank, the drivers hygiene was questionable. He set off at speed and then received a number of calls, his hands free wasn’t working so he drove and looked down whilst trying to operate the phone on his lap. I felt so unsafe and was glad there were two of us. My husbands seatbelt was inaccessible so a harrowing ride. Apart from being parked under a sticky tree my car was in one piece but this company are so disorganised and not friendly. Please pay more and go elsewhere!

Booked through Compare Your Parking. In addition to the fee I already paid, they ask for £15 on arrival for airport drop-off pick up charges (which are £6 each way so not £15 in total). On the way out, we were dropped off at the wrong terminal because the driver said it was too busy so we’d be best going to T2 and getting the train - turns out he had a pick-up at T2. We asked if we could be picked up from an airport hotel on our return and were told yes, just ring 20 minutes before. On our return when I called for our transfer I was told they wouldn’t pick us up (even though the hotel was closer to the parking than the terminal). I explained it was agreed in advance to which I was told “you spoke to the driver, I am the controller”. Whenever I rung the number, a different person answered so how one is supposed to know who is in charge is anybody’s guess! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that they were doing me a favour! The guy was so aggressive, I just wanted to get my car back and go home so told him I’d get a taxi. I was told my car wasn’t at the car park, it was at Airport Bowl (which ironically is next to the hotel they refused to pick me up from). As we were about to walk across to Airport Bowl, we got a call saying the car was at the car park and had never left the premises (which I doubt very much as the car park was tiny and full when we arrived). We paid £20 to get a cab to go to the car park. Absolutely horrific experience. Bad customer service is one thing but the “controller” was so aggressive, the call left me shaking and I was scared to pick my car up. Avoid at all costs.
